Starting lineup next year is going to be the following because we're going to play small:

Wheeler
TyTy
Frederick
Sharpe
Oscar

And then when we need extra rebounding it's going to be:

TyTy
Frederick
Sharpe
Collins
Oscar

I have a feeling it's going to be different. Brady's gonna come through with $5M+ NIL deals for all of them.

I remember having similar issues with Miller that I did with Brooks. So I still hold out a little hope with him.

But my God he was a maddening and the complete opposite of clutch.

Brooks can’t hit 3’s. Miller could. Brooks expects to play 25-30 min a game. Miller didn’t. Brooks is anti clutch. Miller was anti clutch and clutch at same time. Brooks could only play the 4. Miller could play the 1-4. Brooks never got out of first round. Miller made 2 FF and cut down nets.

Won’t lose sleep if brooks leaves. Would kill to have a Miller on next year’s team.

Man reading on Chris Livingston and Cason Wallace I kind of feel like if Hopkins was here at the 4 we could be ok.

Wheeler(pukeface)
Frederick
Livingston
Toppin
Ware

Wallace
Hopkins
Collins

I can’t remember the last time we had a PG that could shoot the 3. But this team needs a guy or 2 that can.

I’d have loved to seen TyTy run point for a season, but for what Cal loves to do that group is not a bad start.

A certain Mr. Ulis could hit a three every now and again. So 6 years, I suppose.

Don’t recall if SGA was much of a threat. His thing was those sneaky *** seemingly slow motion drives and angles.

Screw basketball talk, but the fact that rudd plays in a doubles tennis league caught my attention. From the brief time I’ve spent around him, I’m willing to bet that rudd could demolish anyone on here at tennis.

2 reasons: rudd seems like he’s built for it. I can guarantee he delivers one of those massive top spin serves, that looks like an “egg” coming over the net. And I’d be shocked if any more than three amongst you have ever picked up a tennis racket since high school gym class.

Also, I don’t give a **** if ANY of them come back. What possible difference does it make? 😂

we had the NPOY and lost to a **** 15 seed. What a ridiculous thing to discuss.

ALL, ALL of it is mental masturbation as long as we have an over the hill idiot coaching them. 🙄

wake me up when dumbass is gone as coach.
Enjoy the nap, should be a long one

Lol you’re forgetting just how much Miller used to shrink and you’re overrating his pre-senior year performance - WHICH WAS THE WHOLE F’ING point of the post.

Whatever, I don’t care.

That was back when he was all about making players tougher. He was great for Miller and why he has made good money. Now he about "not taking their hearts".

OT? Other than a 3/4 minute span when he hit a lefty layup and got a steal, it was the whole game he acted like a one man spazzed idiot on his own page. He and Cal rolled their eyes as he picked up a few touch fouls too, which led me to believe Cal likes the nonsense.

-Miller had a few flashes, 2011 SECT, but that Ole Miss game took 3 years to shake out. Brooks is a good kid, lousy hands, but I 'm not dog cussing him(outside of during live action), and certainly not wanting to run anyone off. Especially a 3 year starter. That type of **** is what landed us in this stupid predicament in the first place. Talent develops at it's on pace and continuity is f*cking important. Teams that make a run ALWAYS have a core group that's been through it together.

-Believe this one actually rattled the fat wop. Good chance it's too far gone at this point. If not it's really f*cking close. Another disaster next year and it's going to be an ugly ugly mess.

-Man, I have a crick in my neck that's brutal. Ugh.

-SCar getting roughed up in their coaching search. Miler turning them down for X and their other guy heading to probation likely LSU. Sheesh.

-Halloway, what a week for that dude. Beat UK, S16, going to named HC of his Alma Mater soon as they lose.

The deal with some of you posting the same tweets that someone else has already posted in here needs to stop.
Richie and Hank have been doing that for a decade.

Fun Fact/context:

Push wrote the “I’m Lovin It” jingle for McDonald’s in 2003 and got screwed out of his publishing.

Surprised Brooks stuck around this past season.

Good kid who has elite physical skills.

However, he was the face of the kneeling last year and suggested the arena get a new name.

Sealed his fate.

Wish him the best though and personally hope he stays.

In Wheeler’s defense- and I hate Wheeler right now- 2 of his 3 backcourt mates were playing hot potato with the ball. Someone had to try something.

At this point if anyone can find an angle to defend anything from that game or any of our players I’m with ya.

I’m not a kick a fella when he is down type guy, so I’d love to have any reason to stay positive here sense the main reason to be positive(Cal leaving or “changing”) isn’t happening.

Im forced to be down to hope, it’s all I have at this point.

- Anth, I wish they’d all stay. I could make a helluva case why they all should!

Calipari is gonna announce “changes”… in the normal, vague superficial way one does when they can’t really do anything. He redid the staff last year so that’s not happening.

We’ll hear reports of who’s coming back, and then about focus, determination, etc.

There’s a chance that Mitch uses the nuclear option and gets rid of the checkerboards. That might assuage some fans.

But that’s about it. If you’re looking for concrete reasons to be optimistic about a team that can make a deep run next post season, it’s not coming. Maybe root for a team that has a Joe Burrow on it. That’s all I got. This sucks.

And what fate was that, sports fan?
General sports fan to be clear.

Anecdotal on my end but know several who disliked his stances at that time and pretty much hoped he left after last season.

Do you generally lack awareness or just my post rubbed you the wrong way?

This touching sucks.

But, being the glass half full guy that I am, I have found a tiny sliver of hope.

The other "name" coaches who have dropped games to a 15-seed as a 2-seed all bounced back.

Boeheim went to 4 Final Fours and won a title after dropping the opener to Richmond in '91.

Lute Olsen went to 3 FFs and won a title after losing to a 15 in '93.

Coach K won a title after dropping out early in '12.

Izzo took Sparty to another FF after choking in '16.

Of course we all know about Virginia getting blown out in a 1/16 game and then winning it all the next season.

So I'm saying there's a chance.

But, I still hate you all. I also currently hate my team.
