Nova putting on a clinic. They are so fundamentally sound. Gillespie just had his first turnover in 25 minutes of play.
I'm bothered by the fact that Villanova has a nice lead but they're not sitting on the ball. Or maybe that's the wrong thing to do.

This is Chris Holtmann 101. Struggle to score. Never play with pace. Play through your 2nd best player and not your best player who got you back into the game. Lose. It's what he's done at Butler and Ohio State. He's got to embrace pace and scoring but the Butler way of coaching hates scoring.

Liddell is a tweener/poor man's PJ Washington. He can't handle the ball, isn't a great shooter, and one trait that unfortunately he/PJ shared-yacking up FT's specifically late in games. When Malaki Branham goes Pro in 1st Round and Liddell either comes to senses and returns to CBB or goes 2nd/UDFA it'll be interesting what Holtmann does next year.

Lindell 77% from the line and 37% from 3 and a killer mid range shooter so you have no clue what you are talking about when it comes to him. I watched him play all year.

Liddell is a fantastic college player. He's better than any Forward that Kentucky has on their team last year or this year and probably even next year.

Duke calls a timeout with 17 seconds to go in the first half to setup a play to end the half. So outdated.

So did I--Ohio State's best player is Branham but they play through Liddell. Why they are going home, didn't/don't do well in postseason with him and he's a high TO/Choke player in crunch--what did he do on biggest FT in game? Last 3 possessions I saw him have--gagged a FT, 2 TO's. Big part of why they are midpack team/other part is Holtmann, who if you are telling the truth as a Buckeye fan will admit the fanbase isn't too excited about. Called this out all year too. Not like this was a surprise. If I can say he's a guy who yacks up big FT's and said it weeks ago--and he yacks up a big FT--that's either the greatest guess of all time or maybe there's something impartial fans can notice.

Minute Holtmann talked up Liddell for NPOY (prior to Iowa game where he went out and flat out sucked)--believe they lost 6 of last 10 games. He's not that guy. You are a Buckeye fan so have a slanted viewpoint. He's a tweener who lacks elite skill and is a nice College player who is overrated. Their best player is Branham. Without him, they were an NIT team.

Okay it's time to go radical here. I hate what CBS is doing with the tournament on Saturday and Sunday. Three games that stand alone and then four games and then the night cap. I would go to one opening game get the next six in and then a nightcap.

Have to agree with you on Liddell. I like him as a college player — but when you have to squint really hard to figure out how this kid makes it as a pro. Probably means he’s not a pro.

Michigan state playing out of their mind. Average 7 threes a game and already have 7 at half.
We went on a 5 minute scoreless drought and only scored 5 points in a 9 minute stretch.

That’s not playing out your mind.

yes gabe brown for us our leading scorer is hot from deep. Keeping us in this.

The whole commentary table busted in their pants when banchero hit his 2nd three
Wonder why? Grant Hill wouldn't be cheering for Duke/Coach K would he? Raferty spends entire telecast reminiscing about Duke it's sickening. Nantz gets caught up in game and he's a Pro but he loves storylines and we all know he's got a line in mind for both scenarios and will use it at end of Duke's season, no matter the outcome.
