No one feels this loss more than one man, John Vincent Calipari, AKA Helmsmen, UK Basketball. It’s easy to sit at home and pity our situation, though you weren’t there to experience it first hand, Coach Cal was, he weathered that storm last night and ultimately, he and our program will prevail! The first thing one does in a vast ocean of uncharted territory is to plot a navigational course and an ultimate destination, that’s Coach, right now. Word has it, he didn’t even fly home with the team, he was last spotted running across a bridge with a gray sweatsuit on, think Vision Quest! If this doesn’t motivate a man, nothing ever will, he was soundly beat by a program that would compare to many large high schools.

I can’t imagine this doesn't bring some hunger and determination back to him, he’s had back-to-back underperforming seasons, recognizable on the national stage, not only can’t he hide his players, he can no longer hide himself. What he needs is our devotional fealty and unwavering support, right now, I’m not seeing that, better yet, he’s not seeing it! What I am seeing is a lot of sulking and feeling sorry for yourselves. BBN, I command you to rise and become the wind underneath the sails of this celestial ship and together, let’s chart a new course, one of wins and prosperity…
How bout just cheer on the team

You Cal lovers and the Cal haters alike all make me sick. How about just cheer on UK. Coaches come and go. But UK will always be around. 80% of the posts here are defending a multi million dollar coach. or Hating a coach most have never even met.

I think it's time for Cal to move beyond his own ego. Hire a game time coach. Or even better, evolve and hire an offensive and a defense coordinator, like in football. Then Cal can play to his strengths and we can all be happy again. The fact that he didn't call time out on the last possession is unforgivable. He should delegate game time decisions to other coaches.

K- 5 titles
Cal-1 title
Until title becomes titles (plural) u aren't above being **** canned. According to some fans even Tubby was lucky enough to win one.
I didn’t like his offensive or defensive schemes, but he made adjustments throughout the game. We dictated the pace of the game. I hated the pace, but his teams executed the plan. Had he recruited well…he wouldn’t have felt the need to leave in the middle of the night. The pressure from the fanbase has to be so loud that Cal can’t rest. He needs to show himself the door.

Laid it on too thick but I'll give it a B- for the effort.

You’ve unfortunately missed the intent of this post, no worries, next season will be here before you know it. I’m sure he’ll make the necessary adjustments and tweaks.

If you think Jen Psaki is telling the world the truth, then how do you not believe Coach Cal when he speaks?
That lady opens her mouth and nothing but "fabrication of the facts" come out.
We better keep that **** show of a government out of this or this will go down very quickly.
I guess there will be a press conference later telling BBN that Putin is to blame for our loss last night.
Putin is no "genius" he is killing babies and bombing children's hospital. Don't even. As far as the game it was a sh*t show. Are there coaches who don't lie and use coach speak. NE Ft Wayne State, yeah they have a great team, we will be lucky to win that one

I love Jen Psaki, after 4 years of lies, she's a breath of fresh air. Cal has to earn my trust back. I can't get over up 6 with the ball under 4 minutes and he quits attacking. He doesn't seem to learn that lesson
You’re delusional Jen Psaki lies every time she moves her mouth

Read the post. Just don't expect many if any changes. Got a coach set in his ways. It is what it is.
The man can coach. Or should I say could coach at one time. I want the Cal who took over a UMASS team that had previously won 3 games in two seasons. And in short order took them on a great tournament run. Pre Marcus Camby. That team didn't even have a 4 star player much less a 5 star. So that alone tells me the man can coach. But he needs to be hungry and stop resting on past laurels. Make significant changes to a offense. Recruit more shooters and less athletes. Stop worrying about the NBA and who he can get there. Worry about putting the best team on the floor at UK. Develop a bench. Use it. I could go on and on. But I'll stop at that. Cause like I said earlier. I hate all the Cal loving and Cal hating posts. I just wanna see changes. If it is Cal changing fine if not find a coach that worries only about UK and not the NBA.

Classy! They probably dwell in trailers. Why would you trespass on anyone's property for any reason?

I take it you haven’t stepped foot in these newer double wides, with some rock underpinning, a man can majestically transform one into a humble abode.

There’s nothing more sickening than a complacent fan. Look in the mirror.

devin ******* askew is about to win an NCAA tournament game and Oscar didn’t. That should piss everyone off.
