LSU is not good. They are .500 in the league and just lost to S. Carolina on Saturday. I mean, I get it, we’re missing 2 starting guards but we should be able to put rock fight them. Will Wade just coached circles around Cal that half
Will Wade is a jerk and a mediocre coach. Yet he seems to give Cal all kinds of fits with his style of play on both ends. But, I will say that LSU shooting 50% from the 3 pt line is beyond ridiculous. They SUCK every time I watch them play ANYONE else.

They say “live by the three, die by the three”.

Kentucky has successfully created “live by the midrange, die by the midrange”.

Not sure what you guys see in Allen.I do not think he is the answer. He looks lost on D and Cal has neutered his confidence on offense. He might need to look elsewhere if he wants to develop. I understand it is his dream but he might be happier getting more PT. Juzang sure did thrive.

Think we'll switch every screen in the second half giving LSU what they want? Rhetorical question.

I say put Toppin at point to start the offense- this pass and kick to wide open guys that can’t shoot gets old

He won’t leave because Uk is the only place he can make money with NIL deals.

John Calipari: The NCAA hates me and intentionally gives us hard roads to the Final Four.

Also John Calipari: I'll sit my players if they have a hanging toenail if they want me to, even if it costs us a few seed lines.
Pretty much. I got laughed at when I said Kentucky will probably be a 4 seed. But just watch. They very well could lose two in a row. And Florida will be 50/50. Losing 3 of the last 4 is a real possibility. At least 2

LSU

1.06 points per possession

UK

0.77 points per possession

If the rates persist into the second half, it would be the third best raw offensive output in conference play for LSU and the worst for UK. Accounting for opponent and home court advantage, It would be the best offensive performance for LSU in conference. Hopefully they have some mean regression in the second half.

Are they shooting unguarded threes in those other games?

we’re obviously not the same team without our starting guards, but you risk the loss to have have them 100% in mid march.
If we are going to rest ppl I’d prefer not run Grady Oscar and Mintz 40min per game too then. Let them play their normal minutes and use your subpar bench.

Cals system just relays so heavily on the PG position. Our entire offense is built around beating your man off the dribble. That was our problem last year and right now. We run an offense based on beating guys off the dribble and can’t beat anyone off the dribble.

BS.Cal was hinting around all season until Sharpe's handlers shut it down.

All season? Ok...
@bookerfan66 is correct. Cal hinted about Sharpe playing at least three times before the handlers stopped it.

Cal wanted him to play. "The plan" was only to protect the kid from BBN. Cal needs the kid to play, but Sharpe will continue to sit.

That's how "player's first" works.
