WUT?

iThat team lost by ONE. WERE DOWN 18.
They came back and made it close but the entire game we were down double digits. If all you see is the final score then you def have no credibility to judge a team. Games are more than that

Did not. You have no idea how the rest of the season goes. Easily still get a one with a helpful loss ahead of us.
It absolutely puts the 1 seed out of our control, as you just agreed to. Could other teams lose games that could move us back up? Well, sure. They could all lose all their games! It’s possible.

This is a very good team that when healthy has a chance to be elite. The scoring droughts are more then concerning though. We've seen it in NYC, South Bend, Baton Rouge, Auburn, and now Knoxville. At some point.....you can't go 9+ mins without scoring and think you have any chance at a Final Four, let alone National Championship.

Thought Cal had a bad night in what has been a great year so far. Hated his Tech--was unnecessary and got building even rowdier. You are up, playing well and have great pace and then it just sucked air out of team. Also no idea why Brooks was allowed to stay in over Toppin who was bringing it?

But was told prior to the year TyTy is clearly the most important and best player-Oscar's been fantastic, but without Washington this team can't be great. He does so many things defensively when healthy along with just being a high IQ player. Elite high level guys impact the game without having to score. He opens it up for Grady/Mintz to get easier shots and Wheeler to attack as we saw early.

Can't win every game, but this one was about how the team wilted and gave into the atmosphere and didn't find a way to sustain making it a game. Most important thing for me is that I hope rushing TyTy back tonight doesn't lead to another L on Saturday and him missing games.

We lost on a last second prayer. Unless hat happens tonight not even remotely comparable. You are just wrong in this one.

Fulkerson making big O his *****
Ain’t winning no titles with Wheeler running team
Clearly UT guards much better tonight
Live to play another d
Who this "you'd" you're referring to?

Speak for yourself, because you don't speak for me. I'm a fan of potential #1 picks. Cal has won an averaged of over 36 games/year when he has one on the roster, and has made the Final Four 3/4 years with a #1 pick.

I'll take that.
You tell these stupid ********. They know nothing about basketball. We had a bad game and UT had a great game. Rupp, Hall, Tubby PiGino all lost in Knoxville.

All that matters is March now. Trying to figure out what the best thing to do is now. Should we just sit him for a few weeks to ensure he is back to 100%? Maybe sit him until the SECT?

I wish Sharpe would just leave, we all know he isn’t coming back. Seeing a tip 5 pick just sit on the bench pisses me off

Same. Seeing a hurt TyTy out there fighting game in and game out and punching the chair with him just sitting there is just unreal. Only at UK.

The multiple scoring droughts per game finally caught up with this team. They do it every game and have squeaked by so far.

Do it in the NCAAT and this team won’t get lost the first weekend.

saggy cal more like
I never think Cal lacks confidence but my experience around here--when "Swaggy Cal" is mentioned they fail to land the recruit everyone wants, they immediately lose a game, etc....and it's right beneath the atrocious checkerboards on my list of dislikes. LOL

So hope we get Wake Up Cal(L) instead of the Swaggy version.
