From what I’ve seen so far this season, it’s a hard yes from me. The line opening as it did makes that feeling even more so. Vegas doesn’t give out free money, and I think they placed it so that most people will see the spread and say “hammer UK all day”. Which means you should bet the mortgage the opposite direction. Vegas usually sees something most people don’t, and I wonder if it’s because people don’t see the refs on paper. Not saying I think we lose because I’ve seen Barnes choke in waayy too many big games, but there isn’t an ounce of my being that thinks this officiating will be anything short of complete lopsidedness

Did the sun rise today?

Is this a day that ends in "Y"?

Does a bear **** in the woods?

Any of these questions would be more compelling and make for a more competitive poll than asking if SEC refs will do a lil' home cooking 🤣 the answer, of course, is yes yes yes a million times, yes.

The SEC leads the nation in fouls called every year. This is why it's hard to win on the road, especially against a good to even a decent team.

Anybody know if any of our people gets notification early of who the refs will be? Wish there was some way we could get their names the day of so don't have to sit around all day wondering about it.

Damn...100%. Sad commentary on the state of officiating. I wish I could say it was an SEC problem, but from what I've seen it's more widespread than just our league

10:36 into the 2nd half

UK 7 fouls
Tenn 1 foul…
The bad one was on Grady to start the 3nd half, on the breakaway he had a clean strip, called gf or the foul when the ref was behind the play and couldn’t possibly see if there was a foul or not, so just assumed Grady fouled.
