I thought Zone defenses were supposed to give up wide open threes. We never seem to figure one out. So far, FL has stopped our offense with the Zone. But we will probably figure it out before long. We’re too good a team not to.

In fact, that's been the main issue in most of our tournament losses.

When the offense dies for 10 minute stretches Cal has to use time outs. He has to figure something out. Instead of using the lead to get value minutes out of Ware and Collins. His mindset is, “we can’t hit a shot right now, might as well rest my guys and play some defense for as long as I can with this lead.”

I just wish Cal would figure something out for these scoring droughts rather than just surrendering the huge lead and looking for value minutes from the bench.

Also, Collins get knocked 2 feet away by Castleton on a bump and is called for a foul, and then Castleton takes 7 steps and double dribbles after TyTy’s tie up goes uncalled, the refs meet and decide to no call.

Why is Castleton getting a whistle like we’re playing against him on the road.
