Sounds like rudd has been keeping a "workout" spreadsheet as well

I watched Above the Rim (available on youtube tv currently) last night and my word I used to think that movie was great- and its all-time terrible. I'll probably still watch it again if I catch it on.

RIP Flip.

- Album’s growing on me for sure. A class down from the previous two though.

- Kyle Watson could ball.

- I’m sure the phony politeness and grand desire to never piss one another off in Female Law prohibits such things but no way in hell would I be going.

Hardin County Peter Pan who ran off to Key West to spend his life as a grunt and lift weights wants to call me a soft kid? Bro, I'm the sole breadwinner for my family, a wife of 12 years and two kids. I grind every day starting at 6:30 am. It doesn't stop until 9:00 pm when both are sleeping soundly in their bedrooms that, again, I'm responsible for providing.

I manage to carve out 45 minutes 3-4x a week to get some exercise in, to keep my heart in decent shape, blood pressure in check, and mental health in balance because they're going to need me around so they can have happy lives. You circle chest day because your sad little ***** *** ego still requires such stupidity. I was done with that at 25.

Our definitions of toughness are obviously very different, but I can assure you that free weights in some ****** Florida Keys LA Fitness isn't a part of the calculus. Douchebag.

Not even close…absolutely ridiculous take.

Album is cool though.
Maybe a hot take, but it's the most complete since Beauty Behind the Madness. I liked about half of Starboy, but it was a big step down, and then the EP left me cold. After Hours was the same story outside of "Blinding Lights," which is obv great. The rest just didn't hook me at all.

As for the baby shower, it's co-ed, as in, my coworker is a dude and it's really for his wife. This was very much not his scheduling decision...it was our boss'. Which means we're stuck.

I use the elliptical when I can't run (for one injury or another) and if done properly it is one hell of a workout.

Kyle Watson was all show no substance. He had a broke jumper and a weak crossover. He got absolutely worked by Eric Nies... The Real World guy who was randomly cast in this movie.

Watson absolutely could not ball. He wouldnt even crack the rotation at Georgetown in their current mediocrity.

- As a person who has torn my ACL and Achilles in my right leg an elliptical is just a flat out blessing. But we’re talking cardio so whether it’s a bike, treadmill, stair master or elliptical who gives ****?

What a weird shot to take at anyone.

- Excited for what should be a relative walk through tonight. I know it won’t be between Cal, SEC West road game, and 830 tip…….but with Auburn on the other side of this game it’s a test for our experience to me.

- Had a meeting with Hosparus yday for my step dad. They are coming today at 2 to pick him up for placement and legit think he is to the point of 2/3 weeks to live.

Just kind of surreal having him in our home the last 2 years doing our best to provide a half *** decent life. Dementia is a scary scary thing!

I did try elliptical a lot during the 2015 post season when pregnant. I hate the treadmill and didn’t want to run outside in many of the cities we traveled to. Plus, running is hard when you have a baby in your belly.

Speaking of kids, it’s hard to work out when you have them. Anth and I have done a good job of it, but it has to be a commitment every day. Half the time, our weekends are negotiating who is working out at what time.

Speaking of kids again, KSR spent a lot of time with Matt discussing having an opinion about kid stuff even though he doesn’t have kids. It all started with snow days. Matt (bat signal!), one of your comments was that having kids is the easiest thing for humans to do. 1 - it’s not easy for a lot of people to get pregnant. 2 - raising them properly is hard

Pretzel… I need more details on this shower. Your boss set the baby shower day/time? Is your boss the one with the pregnant wife? Where is it? Will the TV be on? Are all these people Bengals fans? You can bet your bottom dollar I would not attend anything during March Madness during a UK game.

Sloot, it was organized by our boss, as far as I know with zero input from the couple to be showered. It's at a boss' house and there better be a TV on, since at least 50% of the office are Bengals fans. Dad to be is a Bengals fan and a UK fan and I know there's not a snowball's chance in hell he'd miss a Cats game, and is absolutely dreading it (probably more than the rest of the office tbh). This boss is a nice dude, but this kind of deal is his MO. No NFL rooting interest for him as far as I'm aware.

The only time I can regularly get to the gym is when my kid has to go there for stuff. Otherwise I’m at work, kids stuff, etc. and trying to use the elliptical, get outside before/after kids are in bed.

I apologize in advance to society I guess.

Savage color combo right here.

The Bengals couldn't have gotten a better matchup, imo. Yea, they beat the Chiefs this year...doubt they do it again. Bills, no chance in hell. Titans? Why not. They aren't what they used to be, you can score bunches on their defense. LFG!

I don’t have kids and generally keep my opinion on kid related topics to myself or secretly discuss/judge all of your parenting decisions with my wife.

But here’s a friendly tip for parents… don’t be the person that says things like “You don’t really know love until you have a kid” to people that don’t/can’t have kids. You’re wrong and you sound like terrible people.

You don't really know how how nice it is to take an undisturbed **** unless you're a parent. I know that for sure.

Probably need a little more hype for this Mike Stoops hire. He was deservedly fired at Arizona, but he actually had a very solid 5-year stretch as head coach there, and is still pretty highly regarded. Most importantly, though, it certainly sends a signal that Mark is committed to Lexington. It would also be a HUGE bonus if Mike could rehab his image enough to the point he can land another head coaching gig, which I think is very possible.

QFT. I was locked inside the prison ******* in my basement last Saturday morning, trying to enjoy just ten minutes of peace and quiet, but the little fu**ers picked the lock and barged right in.

What sort of emergency situation warranted such drastic action on their part, you might ask? Oh, one of them had managed to turn the wifi off on the ipad they were using to watch random *** youtube videos of some white suburbanite ******* kids driving around in ridiculous neon colored lambos.

Lil Lassie’s are full blown monsters from the moment I get home from work until bedtime. Especially the youngest whom I’ve nicknamed “God’s Payback”. She not only is in this phase as a 3 year old where convincing her to do what we ask is borderline impossible but she thrives off straight terrorizing her older sister which causes even more chaos. Hiding her favorite dolls, throwing away whatever picture she was coloring, destroying her fort she was making in the basement.

The Lass is good at recognizing my boiling point and will urge me to take the dog outside for a walk which I’m always happy to oblige, no matter the elements outside. ****grabs dog and domesto. Throws in air pods. Walks dog outside into a calm world of peace of quiet for 20 minutes***
