-It's not elliptical but told my muscle head trainer I have to loosen up. It's pretty ridiculous how tight I am. If over 5 years I managed add like 20lbs of muscle, certainly I can figure out how to become more flexible. Worked on the agility ladder yesterday and didn't fall down, which is kind of a miracle. One of these days I'm going to do yoga. Gotta do something, sports dad can't be a stiff.
Maybe he should work your 5 hole, seems to keep the Wynn’s in good shape.

-No suggestions on where to drop decent clothing? Certainly we have something around here.
Take them to Goodwill. People ***** because they resell the clothes, but they also pay wages to people that can't get regular jobs.

Keeping the mentally ill engaged in a positive way with society, providing a path to employability for felons, giving those with physical disabilities a purpose, and of course helping those of us trying to avoid a criminal record with easy volunteer work. All worthy deeds within our society.

Tennessee doesn’t scare me but kind of get the feeling the Bengals have accomplished what they needed to this year and we lose. Any Who Deys more confident than me?
I don’t expect a Bengals win, but at this point nothing Joe Burrow does surprises me anymore. I had extremely high hopes for him, but he’s somehow exceeded them already. Even after shredding his knee midway through his rookie season. Nobody had the Bengals as playoff contenders this year. We were maybe a couple more years away from contending, at best. Now here we are already division winners, and the playoff streak has ended. Add in the fact every one of our skill position guys (QB, RB, WR, WR, WR, K), are 25 and under, and it’s hard not to be extremely excited. A loss to the #1 seed this weekend does nothing to curb that excitement. I’m not completely ruling out a win though, because … Joe Burrow.

I think the VA has a program to donate clothes for homeless veterans for job interviews. Don't know the details though.

-hope center or goodwill.

-most everyone is guilty about getting politics in here, it's hard not to...as everything in life has a political connotation at this point. Who is worst/instigating depends on whose proverbial ox is being gored, as has always been.

-pro turtleneck for sae and Chad. Been eyeing a few for myself...haven't worn one in years. Has to be the right cut.

-definitely don't wanna rip my trousers.

*The worst part of a great weekend is checking the cc statement. Sheesh.

*Dinner was a blast Friday night. So were the texts afterwards, apparently. Set a new personal record in $ spent.

*Invited to Nashville this weekend for the game. Club seats. Again, I'll root for the Bengals because of Catpaw, if I go. 20/80 right now. I'll be leaving all cc's and my debit card behind. Flat amount of cash, nothing more.

-at first glance, yes and you may be correct. Buuut...passive-aggressive quips/petty barbs quite often serve as a bat signal to those that post diatribes.

I generally stay out of politics but I don’t think ucl said trump was successful in using the presidency for profit, just that trump intended to use the presidency for profit. He failed at that, as well, imo.
Trump, and his many faults aside, the most egregious comment by the wanna be comedian was Biden means well.

You can accuse Trump supporters of being partisan hacks but that take is right there with it.

That's my crazy psycho talk for the day Willy. As crazy as that was.

TyTy starting to get some hype. Vecenie had him #6 last week in his mock and Hollinger wrote him a love letter in The Athletic today.

I'm not interested in ranking Cal guards vs each other -- season has a long way to go.

But I'll say this ---> TyTy is as COMPLETE of a Freshman guard as we've had under Cal. Size, elite shooter, great passer, ball security, finishes in traffic/contact, really solid defender, and his overall court demeanor and leadership as a freshman is just next level.

Kid is as cool as they come, and almost NEVER hurried. He's impressive as hell.

All that being said, even Cal's best have hit a freshman wall at one point for a stretch, and I don't expect him to be any different. The great news is we have Wheeler, and a veteran roster/guards around him, for when that happens - which is essentially never the case.

Any talk about X is incomplete without mentioning our floor general Mr. Wheeler. That's the difference and key to a lot of things. We gotta guy who knows when to push it, when not to, when to drive, who to pass it to, etc etc etc. It makes basketball so much easier.

And he's the main reason why I'm pretty giddy about March...despite Cal. The kid knows how to play basketball, so he's not gonna be standing at the top of the key looking over at Cal, pounding the **** out of the ball, and running the weave.

TyTy deserves all the praise, he's obviously mature beyond his years, but Wheeler is the story of this team.

Has TyTy missed a shot since the Duke game? It feels like he hasn’t. Even those stop and pops where he dribbles the length of the court at 100mph, slams the brakes at 12-feet, rises and let’s it go. I’m not sure we’ve ever had a player who could go from 100-0, and then finesse that shot as easily and accurately as TyTy does. I find myself thinking occasionally “he’s not making that one”, but he makes it every time. That shot is way more difficult than he makes it look.

Helps when you don't have to be the man from day one. I bet Boston would've had a similar trajectory if had a supporting cast.
