10 years if he’s good that’s the job unless you are super hungry and have the fire. Cals been our coach a long time. Idk why people act like he was hired yesterday. 11-12 years at UK is a long time. Hell tubby never missed a tournament and was run out in 10. Cal missed two and has a losing season which only happened in a probation year the last 100 years
i agree with you somewhat,his results shpuld be better but you can’t blame this loss on coaching tonight
At some point in all the losses the man has to earn a pay check and coach us out of a bad situation. I don’t recall the last time we were up against it and cal coached us out of it. That’s what hall of famers do. They find ways to win. I think about ksu Auburn EE last season. Tonight. Lots of chances for him to coach us through to some big wins but the man has disappeared at those times. If he can’t coach a team to win through adversity and only can win with super studs well that’s the hallmark of a bad coach IMO

Cal's problem is the game is changing and he refused to adapt, he is still running the same crap from 2010.
