I vehemently detest SEC refs, this is such a miserable brand of basketball to watch.

Zero consistency, murder on one end, touch foul on the other. So many whistles that didn’t need to be called and so many missed calls where a guy gets murdered. Maddening.

I have heard Ravech say some things I thought were stupid, calling the game out loud and of course it was favoring LSU. Then Bilas add his little pro LSU comment, it's hard to watch this game with those two making their little snide comments. I had never heard Ravech talk like that, guess they have to follow Bilas lead when calling a game with him.

I hate Bilas! Would rather listen to Vitale.

I don’t agree with him on the screen against Wheeler. Initially it was clean, but the LSU guy ended up moving his body into Wheeler.

Tbf our team is just not well prepared for a knife fight. It shows.
Nobody is prepared for a knife fight like that.

It's called basketball not knife fight.

there is a difference, however, in 45+ years of watching these SEC road games, this is reality. I can expect it, but can these teams?

No way anyone could be prepared or ready when your two top guards are taken out by the mug squad.

Just hoping we can get healthy quickly. We going to need Wheeler or TyTy.

What a shame the SEC allows something like this to happen.

I typically don’t blame refs but man this was a screw job. With about 4 minutes to go, LSU gets a defensive rebound and he took 2 steps before he even dribbled the ball. Ref looking right at him. A ton more but a solid example of a screw job.

Whether they are actual fans, or just trolls, too many fail to understand what you just said.

We knew the refs in conference play would target OT a long time ago. The reason we wanted another quality big around the rim. Cal said we would be fine not getting another guy for that role.

Well, one of the announcers commented about the play near the end of the game where LSU clearly lost the ball out of bounds and the ref said UK touched it. He said, "how does an official miss that!"

THIS! I’ve been saying this since Kofi returned to Illinois! OT will be in foul trouble in the majority of our SEC games. That is a damn certainty.
