I usually always blame the officials but even in this game they didn't have anything to do with it. The one block was clean but we shouldn't have been in that position anyways to where it mattered.
I suppose you are gonna tell me Cal took that last shot. He’s too fat for that.
it’s a player issue of course.we’ve got some fundamental skill gaps. I gotta hold Cal responsible for jacking all those 3’s. Dumb *** strategy.
At this point, can the program even be rebuilt? Kentucky has been an NBA farm team ever since Cal arrived. For it to ever be an elite "college" team again someone is going to have to redefine what Kentucky basketball represents to the players who choose to come here.

Officiating was fine. We got about as good a whistle as you’re gonna get on the road. Our coach got lured into another rock fight and his players had ****** aim. I have hoped for so long that Cal would wake up and take advantage of his greatest strength. Recruiting great athletes. Pressuring the opponent, wearing them down with talent and depth. Playing the pace his guys want to play. He has unreal athletes in Collins, Hopkins that he played maybe 5 minutes total in this game. He should be encouraging their aggression but instead has them questioning themselves on every possession. But he won’t. He’s done.
All the things you posted, who would you hold responsible? Just curious. I am not anti Cal but the leaps you go to back him are curious.
Now that I’ve calmed down a bit, I can’t argue with Cal’s approach in those situations. IF your team keeps its collective head, you’re going to get as good a shot - if not better - than you would with a play drawn up by some genius coach. IF!!!
