Thought this to myself the entire game. If it’s close in the closing minutes, Cal is gonna get out coached. His refusal to implement a zone defense is beyond absurd.
It was a mirage. He reverted back to 3-11 and 7 points today.
Dude, Cal is not this entire program. Fire him and make a list of coaches to call.

Some of our own fans don't know it or refuse to acknowledge the reality of the situation.
When you guys get finished pissing on the team, the loss here was pretty understandable. We shot 10.5% from three. Many wide open. 1st game away from home, decent defense, we shot bad. Happens. We got beat off the boards. Physically beaten. The defense we faced was not typical of the pansies we’ve been playing.
Our passes are not well spaced. We are too easy to defend as a result. This has been true since Duke. Defensive footwork is atrocious. We have not played the competition needed to make us grow. Lastly, we had a frosh with a brain fart in the last 8 sec. Again, that happens.

To change the offense, you would have to HAVE an offense.

It almost seems like there's a controlled and determined effort to destroy UK Basketball. Whats been happening since 2015 is at this point undeniably obvious. The has been absolutely no coaching or teaching for 6 years now! No offensive plan and no defensive strategy! If the University wont solve this problem the fans should.
