Don’t think he would need to wait that long.Hope so, he would be a great replacement candidate down the line. If he can build up a resume in the next 8-10 years.
Wow leaving a head coaching job to become an assistant here? OkWould love to hire him as an assistant and then move him right on up. Be nice to have an actual transition for once.
To be guaranteed next head coach? Yes.Wow leaving a head coaching job to become an assistant here? Ok
But BYU can't possibly play because they play in the WCC. That is what i hear on here that the WCC is an awful conference. Most of this talk comes from people that couldn't even tell you who even plays in that conference. All that shows is your lack of knowledge of college basketball.BYU is embarrassing Oregon. Wow!
Why attack me "great one"? Did I say something here or are you referring to something I said last spring or what? Regardless of who is who here and what conference they are from, BYU embarrassed Oregon. Period. Are you OK?But BYU can't possibly play because they play in the WCC. I'm guessing they're looking like entering the transfer portal after the season with another 7 footer there and another 5 star 7 footer coming next year. How did N'Faly Dante and Frank Kepnang look? (I'm not really asking, just being a prick)
I can't emphasize enough what a heinous decision it was for Dante to be peddled by a human trafficker (I mean Advisor) to Oregon. Kepnang--just chalk it up to where he went to HS (Westtown where Bamba, Reddish, and Lively all attended as well) and fact UK was more lukewarm with him.I'm guessing they're looking like entering the transfer portal after the season with another 7 footer there and another 5 star 7 footer coming next year.
Wasn't directed at you. Although aren't you one of the ones on here that keeps saying how weak the wcc conference. We are good though. Why attack me "great one"? The fighting Popes![]()
That would be awesomeWhen Cal decides to retire .... I think we have our replacement. Mark Pope.
Yeah, I've made plenty of comments about the weakness of the WCC. But I think your reaction here is overboard. BYU embarrassed Oregon. If Kentucky had beat them by 32, it would have been an embarrassment, too. Heck, if anyone had beaten them by that much, it would have been ridiculous. Good teams (alleged top 25 teams) don't lose by 32. I wasn't making any commentary on the WCC here. We can save that for another thread.Wasn't directed at you. Although aren't you one of the ones on here that keeps saying how weak the wcc conference. We are good though.
Nah he’s not, that dude is a Gonzaga homer. Not sure why he’s even on here TBH.Why attack me "great one"? Did I say something here or are you referring to something I said last spring or what? All these “advisors” on college hoops/football are scum. There is a reason probably 65% or more of them are felons.I can't emphasize enough what a heinous decision it was for Dante to be peddled by a human trafficker (I mean Advisor) to Oregon. Kepnang--just chalk it up to where he went to HS (Westtown where Bamba, Reddish, and Lively all attended as well) and fact UK was more lukewarm with him.
Your line from this thread was so memorable that I thought the thread was named this.Fighting Mark Popes taking the ducks to the woodshed!
I would have him on the short list of potential hires when Cal leaves. Playing here definitely gives him an advantage over coaches that have never been a part of a program at this level. He knows what the expectations are like.Your line from this thread was so memorable that I thought the thread was named this.
Anyway, BYU beat previously unbeaten Utah last night. 75 to 64 on their home floor. Utah's home floor.
