I couldn’t care less if the zags go undefeated with their pathetic schedule and conference. I hope Duke loses. I hate Duke. And so should you.
True for any sport, but it's never been the zags and never will be the zags as long as they masquerade as contenders playing in a panty waist conference of cupcakes like the wack.

Regrettably. I wish Knight well in his health as I wouldn’t wish that on my worst enemy but he was a horrible role model and coach.
Lol dude. You’re letting your homerism get in the way of how great another Knight protege could be. Nobody is disputing Knight as the man but as a coach he won 3 national championships, 902 games and went to 5 final fours. Coach K isn’t a great person either, but the guy has 5 titles and 1000 wins. K came from Knight, Beard comes from Knight as well.

I thought it was fun watching Gonzaga chase the perfect season last year. Added a good storyline to the CBB season that made it more interesting.
I don’t care how many wins he has. That doesn’t excuse his physical assault of players.

Ok, Chris Beard isn’t Bob Knight. Bottom line is the guy can coach and should be considered for the UK job.
We can revisit that when we need a coach.

What's wrong with that is jealousy of Gonzaga. By the way Gonzaga has gone farther in 2 of the last 4 final 4s than Calipari did with the most talented team possibly in the history of college basketball in 2015.

I'm sure Gonzaga would love to switch conferences but their location hurts that. It's basically pac 12 or nothing and the pac 12 won't add a team that won't have football.
They will tell you it is because he was at Texas Tech.
I don't think the guy is a bad coach at all. I just don't like that he is a Knight guy, am uncertain on him...he had 1.5 good seasons at tech and is relatively inexperienced as a HC having started at an older age.
Would just want to see more before he is anointed as the next great coach.
Skyy has game, I hope the players next year think he is a scrub and plays him soft.
