Yes it is just as far off as it was this time last season and how did that end for us?
9-16 which no one predicted. God I hope we suck as bad again, Then Cal gets fired and then finally we will have some one else to ***** about.

Hell they were calling for Stoops to be gone last week. Maybe we will choke to TN tomorrow too and we can burn the whole damn thing down. We will dance around it like crazy people.

Am I posting right now?

I turned it off at half time...then I get on here and realize that we won.

I guess Duke is scared now.

The strength of this team is the guards. Of course we're going to try to force the ball to go inside.

I’m perfectly good. But I thought that’s how we had to be right? Woe is us.
We don't have to be like that, but we don't have to pretend like we weren't embarrassed tonight and that things are just going to magically get better.

Man was working great!
If you think going zone against a red hot perimeter shooting team is a good idea, then I don’t know what to tell you. You tighten up your man defense, communicate, and either work through picks or switch. You sure don’t go zone. LOL. You play zone when you can’t stop dribble penetration and/or when the other team is scoring in the paint. Basketball 101.

This game wouldn't been close if we were just strong with the ball, despite 15 three's. Still a 20 point win. Terrible shots thrown up at times, and terrible free throw shooting. Nothing from mintz and nothing much from offense schemes. Plenty of positivity taken from a bad game.

Magically? No. And probably not better by Tuesday.

The only zone that would make any sense would be a matchup zone which we have never played.

And I said we did. Show me where I said we didn’t.
I generally like your views. I just don't see it tonight. Take a step back. People are warranted in being on the edge tonight. Coming off a 9-16 season, playing as we did tonight, and staring down K's swan song on Tuesday, a scant 3 days away...

As others have pointed out, it’s a good thing we turned away multiple time All-American big man Kofi Cockburn, team chemistry would have been disrupted, no team chemistry, no hard fought win over Miles College.

Well, the vote just didn't go Kofi's way.
