Carol clanks when she walks. Also, one of the best episodes in a while. I was ready to be totally PO'd and/or disappointed but this one was very good.

One thing is for sure.....

You talking about me?

Morgan ain't dead as some may suggest...

I would want morgan on my side. I think he tops michonne in proficiency with ninja weaponry.

Also, in the cannery scene, one could see that coming a mile away. One would think they would have learned already to tap on such enclosures before opening them.

Finally, I know the whole premise of the show is surreality but the scene where reg was murdered was kind of ridiculous. Rick just nonchalantly put a bullet in pete's head in front of the guy's wife and neighbors with no more emotion than stepping on a roach then he and the entire group immediately turned their attention to a reunion with his old buddy Morgan without batting an eye.

Yet Glenn could not bring himself to pull the trigger on a guy who stalked him, wounded him, and came very close to killing him for a SECOND time.

At any rate, the stage is now set for Rick to whip the alexandrians into shape in time to take on the wolves with Morgan being a huge add to the team.

I think Carol is safe for a while.....

I didn't notice this last week that the kid got behind her for protection and comfort during the Rick/Pete fight instead of his own mother.

I see a problem with Morgan not wanting to kill a human. he let the two wolves live and what happens? They kill the red hoody guy. he should have killed them both --now they will be a problem going forward. Morgan might not have liked Rick capping ole Pete

The look on Morgan's face reinforced your point, IMO. He looked almost mortified that Rick killed a human. I believe part of the dialogue in the next season will be Rick trying to educate Morgan on the whole "no one is safe from ANYTHING" lecture that he's been trying to give the Alexandrians. Morgan may take a Father Gabriel approach and feel unsafe around Rick and the group. Who knows?

Interesting that Morgan saved Rick in the first episode physically but he may try to save him mentally now. Rick has definitely crossed a line.

Predicting Deanna's husband was killed and Pete is still alive. Deanna was asking Rick to shoot her hubbie, so he would not turn into a walker....

Good illustration as to how such pacifisim is also responsible for deaths.....

Morgan's actions are partially responsible for presumably innocent red hoody guy's rather unpleasant and undeserved demise and probably many more after him. Rick has that part figured out in spades. Morgan might not be as much help with the living but I'd want his ninja butt next to me when taking on a horde of walkers.

I'm really anxious to hear what happened to turn Morgan into a Jedi Knight. His transformation seems incongruous with Rick's group, who have become harder and meaner through their time roaming the apocalypse.

Pete is dead. The Talking Dead showed him on their "Last Goodbye's" section after the show.

I think the entirety of next season will focus on Morgan's back story and on the Wolves attacking Alexandria. I think Morgan will turn Rick around on not killing humans and Rick will focus on the bigger picture of long term survival in the zombie world.

Finally got to watch. Glad they didn't kill any of the group. As far as killing Pete, what else were they going to do with him? Either lock him up as a prisoner which will thin their resources, or put him out to fend for himself? Right decision I thought. Glen Maggie Michone etc look so tired of fighting. Carol, Darryl and Rick are still on point. Is the guy that tried to jump Morgan the bad guy that is supposed to be showing up

We're still a season or so away from locking people up as prisoners....

No, the guy that jumped Morgan isn't the bad guy that is supposed to be showing up. There will be no doubt when you see him and hear him talk. I don't think we'll see him until maybe the second half of next season at the earliest. Just my guess.

to me, ricks evolution from a bleeding heart, to a guy looking for a reason to merk somebody has been fun to watch. if you think back, shane was right all along on how to treat outsiders and that none were to be trusted. season 5 rick would have offed that straggler that rick and shane got in a fight over (fight at a school...a school bus was somehow involved). shane knew what was up....back when shane shaved his head and rick shaved his face around the time of some realization of new realities....those were interesting parallels. not sure if they were intentional, but kinda cool to think about. season 5 rick and season 2 shane would have been best bros all over again....well, except for the fact that shane was slipping lori the battered cod and might very well be the father of judith.

My favorite quote of the finale...from Abraham..."There's a vast ocean of **** that you people don't know **** about. Rick knows every fine grain of said ****...and then some."

The thing that I found interesting about this last episode is that we've spent the entire season thinking of Rick's group as the hardcore ones while the townfolk were the soft ones. However, during the season finale, there were three examples of Rick's group(including Morgan) sparing people that probably should have been offed while the only one that was actually killed came after the order from Deanna. Granted, it was after her husband had histhroat slit, but I just have a feeling that all that life sparing from the last episode is going to come back to haunt someone next season.
