Really wanted to “like” Anth’s post but can’t in any way support the celebration of 95-99 degree weather with real feels in the 100s. I think that’s a ridiculous point of view.
Better run it by the "no like crew" before your final decision.

Been laying low for a few weeks. Got back from my son's Junior Olympic track meet the first week in August. Decided to get the J&J vax when I got back. Got it and then my son spiked a fever 2 days later. My wife and I also positive. So I got vaxxed and probably already had covid. My 15 year old had a 1 day fever and 2 days of headaches and that's it. My wife was tired for a few days and had a cough. I was pretty much out of it for 10 days. The doctor told me that most likely having covid and getting the vax at the same time was the reason for more harsh symptoms.

Even though there are several posters, and they know who they are, that openly wished for non vaxxed people to get covid and die, much to their dismay I did not die.

I have had Covid and am also vaxxed so I got that going for me which is nice.

Before anyone gets too worked up about the inevitable COVID/vaccination protocols, remember that game day security is provided by an assortment of yellow and navy blue clothed volunteers and $10/hour part time personnel, who very strongly, effectively, and boldly enforce the following rules….

- no outside food permitted
- no verbal abuse or taunting of athletes or coaches
- fans must sit in the seat specified on their ticket
- no outside drink permitted
- no alcohol permitted in the stadium
- public intoxication is against the law and punishable by fine or imprisonment
- underage drinking is strictly prohibited
- throwing items is prohibited and grounds for ejection
- loud cursing will not be tolerated
- tailgating may not begin before noon on friday
- scalping of tickets on university property is forbidden
- fighting or physical altercations are punishable by up to and including loss of ticketing privileges and legal ramifications

Good luck, guys! Totally support our FRONT LINE security personnel.

Gummie and concentrate mostly here. Every now and then I'll partake in some leaf for nostalgia sake.

Not going to knock the kid at all for it, made many trip in college looking like I was riding with Cheech & Chong. Stupid yes but we all did stupid ish at 19.

Rarely drink anymore, if I do its 1 or 2 tops. Enjoy my green buzz and feel great the next AM.

With the current Delta variant outbreak, our emergency rooms are full, anyways. Don’t need any potheads further cluttering up the emergent healthcare system.

Hey, only 80K people are dying from drug overdoses a year, and murders are up like 40%. We should be more lax when it comes to drug and gun crime. Not my problem anyway.
