Twitter tweets says it's either back to Illinois or going to UK for him.
If Duren is serious about UK, then maybe this will push him to commitIt's tough that this probably eliminates us from the Duren sweepstakes, but that's okay.
I just watched his last 100 FGAs from this past season at Illinois and whoa boy, he is even better than I remembered him being.
Wrap him up and let's go win #9.
I dunno if it is talent-wise. UK had several returnees from a national title runner-up on that team.He and Oscar together. Good lord
If we land him it's dark and away the best roster uk has had.
Compare it to 2015. Experience blows 15 out of the water

Back to Illinois is my guess. Their insiders seem pretty confident, but they also thought that Chin and Antigua were staying too.
i wouldn’t read to much into it,those guys are full of crapBack to Illinois is my guess. Their insiders seem pretty confident, but they also thought that Chin and Antigua were staying too.
Don't know, but they seem confident. Maybe he just wanted to keep all of his options open. A few guys have entered the portal but ultimately decided to stay at their current school. Then why put his name in the portal at all?
99.9% of guys who enter the portal end up leaving, just 0.1% return to their original school.
And Illinois lost ALL 3 of their assistants (the ones who spend the most time with the players), and 2 of those 3 are in Lexington.
The odds are overwhelmingly in our favor.

LOL. Here's what you said in another thread this weekend about Cockburn:Back to Illinois is my guess. Their insiders seem pretty confident
I will too if he does.He cometh
He runs the floor very well. He’s a great 4 out big. He'd be a monster here. More athletic and agile than alot of people think.
If Cal runs a double post with this team you should run him out of town. Good lord if you get Kofi and surround him with those shooters it’s on. I suspect he will run the double post though.
Why? Oscar can play the role Terrence Jones did in 2012 or Patrick Patterson did in 2010 - out on the floor while Davis and Cousins played inside. If Cal runs a double post with this team you should run him out of town. Why some people don't want a 7'0" 285 lb. stud All American possibly falling into our lap... Mind-boggling
I've seen quite a few that are cringing at the thought of 2 bigs on the court together instead of 4-5 shooters. Rebounding is a huge part of the game too and points in the paint play a large part in championships.Who said that? I haven't seen a single person on here say they don't want Kofi.
