Darnit.

Oregon has pending NIL law that would be retroactively effective to July 1, 2021 if it is enacted in its present form.

Makes me think he might be more likely to play college ball now as he could of just taken that $1.2 million offer he had instead of commiting to a school.

Ill just leave this right here (Cuse board, 2 days ago)

"Yes. Cuse is literally his dream school. He admires JB and GMAC and wants to leave a legacy like Melo here. He grew up a big syracuse fan.

Thats all we need to know. If he plays college basketball he’s not playing anywhere other than Central NY

Did he not de-commit from Cuse already? I find it hard to believe that he would flip back, but who knows with kids these days.

He smells the Nike money.....and the writing is on the wall. UK may not be able to play the big boy money game with the larger tv markets and bigger cities. We better hope the amateurism game doesn't disappear completely or we may disappear as well.
A small, poor state with a small tv market is not a recipe for success in this new game of play for pay.

Oregon has been recruiting at a suspiciously high level for a few years now, and it’s always on lists with other schools that have been caught on tape cheating.
