It is fun to go back and read stuff. Little did we know this team would be the worst in our lifetime. 9-16 and lucky to be that.

This did not age well.National Champs.
Every year before the season I dream game settings. Watching plays in my mind's eye. Focusing on players.
This year.......it's so hard to do. I can't see them in my dreamy state, my imagination. They are so new. The team is new.
Yet, I feel like this squad will pan out to be one of UK's all time great teams. Potentially the greatest. I'm thinking this group will have that "spurtability", capable of 20 points in five minutes.
Look at Dontaie. At EKU he goes for 30 points a dozen times. At UK, none, at least this year. That tells me something. We are deep and very, very good.
If we opened the season at Baylor, we might lose. But we might not. Come March, we bury them alive.
Barring injury or Covid ruining everything. I predict Final Four and cutting the nets down even though I can't seem to see them in my imagination.
I haven't been this excited, maybe ever, about the upcoming season. SO PUMPED.
And thank God He has intervened, kept me alive. I asked Him for that favor, to see the Cats play in 20/21.
It's going to be a fun year despite the mess this year has brought. Go Cats.
Hyperbole much? LolOuch. This is like Babe Ruth calling his shot, striking out on three straight pitches, tearing his ACL in the process while swinging wildly and missing on the third pitch, falling to the dirt and squealing like a pig in pain while clutching his knee, then literally shitting his pants before being stretchered off the field.
Play has to be suspended for 10 minutes to scoop up the **** and cover the smell with hydrated lime. Mothers shield their sobbing children as their cries echo throughout the stadium. Men leave the game in droves disgusted by what they've just seen. After the game, Ruth is barred from the sport, declared a Communist, and executed in a public hanging at the steps of the Lincoln Memorial a week later.
Or something like that.

My God lolNot playing because the demented pedophile will have you locked inside because covid
BJ, Cam'Ron, Terrence. Why are the numbers backwards?
That’s what you got out of re-reading this? This thread is a good example that displays the character of KyBassfan. In threads before the season started like this one, when people are genuinely excited for the season.....you got KyBassfan in it causing trouble. Not hard to figure out why.
I get how he is from several threads. Not hard to figure out. That’s what you got out of re-reading this?

we sucked with Clarke tooWho could have predicted Boston couldn’t hit the red side of a barn or that Clark would have a super-secret injury all year.
welp............we really fell short of this goal lmao
You read like you would be thrilled with another miserable season unless I’m way off.Well Cal is puffing out his chest with this whole " swaggy Cal" bull$%^t . So he better be able to back it up or he will look like a total a$$ to the BBN and the rest of college basketball next year! He might want to run and hide in a bunker somewhere because if we don't make a good run in the tournament the HEAT will be on!

You can say that again, @STL_CatI can’t imagine being more excited for this team than 2014-2015, or especially 1995-1996. I have no clue what this team is going to be.
Wow.Clarke can score in every possible way, but at a legit 6'7, he will post up a lot. Future NBA All Star. Maybe we just got McGrady.
