00 flour, if allowed to properly rise, is my favorite. Been pretty happy with bread flour too. The key to good dough is 1) letting it rise enough and 2) throwing / stretching dough properly. Don't be a rube and use a rolling pin.

It really is awful. Basically need to see something on Twitter or GYERO to go directly there. Awful for browsing.

Prime might have my favorite interface, followed by Netflix. Haven’t used HULU enough to have a position of knowledge on it but pretty sure it’s better than HBO Max. Regular streaming HBO wasn’t bad either so not sure wtf they did but I’m pretty sure Joey is going to post right after this and explain it.
