Fire Crean - Get worse with Archie
Pay $10 mil for Archie to go away - Get worse again.

I can't get enough of this.

You just paid one of these for each win this season....not exactly the time to trash talk IU, or anyone for that matter. TFP.

Not eating breakfast is pretty easy, actually. And if you can do that, you can do intermittent fasting.

Eat a high protein breakfast mid morning, and you are gold until dinner. Not rocket science, but fasting is ignorant, especially when working out.

It not easy if you’re hungry, which I usually am in the first 5-6 hours I’m awake.
You get used to it within a week. Obviously, it's not needed for someone that runs 895 miles a week, and you'd be more likely than the rest of us to be really hungry in the mornings.

Intermittent fasting is significantly easier than any fad diet, and easily sustainable once you change your habits. Eat between noon and 8, profit. If you can't handle that, you can't handle regular exercise, drinking a ton of water, and a balanced diet.

Intermittent fasting is a sustainable way to eat. It's not a diet, it's not a fad, it's just eating during certain hours of the day. For many people, especially men (for women it can be tricky for hormonal balance), folks with chronic health conditions like IBS, etc., it's an excellent way to maintain weight and keep those conditions in check.

Also, I can bench you. Sprinkles.

I must eat breakfast because I don't eat after 8:00 pm due to possible acid reflux (nothing worse than waking up in the middle of the night gasping for air because you have inhaled bile) and I'm usually starving when my feet hit the floor at 6. Eat a decent breakfast and then a snack for lunch or skip it all together and then supper 6:00-7:00. I don't profit though, because FAT.

Would the FBI be getting involved in this if they didn't think there's a strong chance it's a bomb?

I started using TruGreen last fall because I wanted a nice yard and have no idea about yard maintenance, i.e fertilizer, herbicides, etc. My old man has been using them for years and his yard is beautiful. So far I’m very pleased with the results, as are a few of my neighbors that have signed up this spring.

I do, however, do the mowing because I want it to look how I want it to. Bought a roller for the mower and the stripes so far have been a big hit.

What are you having done by TruGreen and what does it cost per month ballpark? Was thinking of giving them a shot.

The service I have is 7 times a year, plus aerating and seeding in the fall. Roughly 45.00 a service, 350ish for aerating/seeding for the entire yard.

I’ve been doing the intermittent fasting for like 3 years and although it certainly won’t make you fit or get you in great shape it very easily accomplishes my current fitness goal of “Not morbidly obese”. I’m not waking up at 5 am to workout like a sociopath so the regular exercise thing is not an option for me.
