Depends on how many ***** scandals we would have had.

TBH, he wouldn’t have needed to use the “whores” here. He had it rolling but I can’t be mad for him leaving when he did. Perfect situation for him, at the time.

No one, however, will ever convince me that he doesn’t believe that leaving UK was his single biggest mistake of his coaching career.

Losing the game when up 71-66 with 3 minutes to go makes being down 14 to that team at halftime seem tolerable.

Cal proved a lot this season, and if you are the type that doesn’t want a coaching search or even to replace him because of his accomplishments here, fine.

I’m not scared of what the future holds and this has made it where I’ll never trust that ******* as the coach at Kentucky ever again.

I want everyone to keep in mind that this is the same guy who thinks Justin Powell is a good answer at the 4 next year.

What are you talking about?

The only thing I know about Powell is that he can shoot the 3ball, and I know that contribution is not something Cal understands what to do with.

Wait a minute, did I miss something here? Since when did teams like Kentucky, California, UMass, and North Carolina go down in the NCAA basketball tournament's first and 2nd rounds? Who predicted this Final Four consisting of Florida, Arizona, Arkansas, and Duke?

Tournament will likely be without Duke, Indiana and Louisville, which is nice. Kansas, UCLA and UNC will be in but not huge threats.

I’ll watch and enjoy the NCAA Tournament, but understand the #smuglyfe stance.

Mags going in on Cal right now. "Cal is angry at us, the fans... and that won't work."

"He associates Dontaie with the fans, and he's mad at the fans, so he takes it out on the kid."

"There were chemistry issues this year, and I'll be honest it was Clarke and Fletcher."

I turned it on 30 seconds ago.

Absolutely none of this is a surprise. I still don't even know what the deal was with Fletcher. Clarke is a soft ***** only interested in himself. Cal projects more than Cuomo.

It's a shitshow factory and buck stops with the one with the 9 million bucks. Fix it or GTFO.

Kansas is playing too well for my liking.

The all time wins lead is very important to me. Anyone that dismisses that just does not understand our history. UK2K was a pretty big achievement.

I really am surprised that Clarke turned out like that. He had the biggest smile in every highlight, every practice clip, every interview... he seemed like a happy kid who stayed positive all the time. Really disappointed there. I wanted to like the kid.

I had lunch and watched the game with my old man. He doesn’t follow sports stuff really closely, other than watching the games. So I was having to explain Cal’s contract situation to him, and how it essentially is not possible to terminate it any time soon, given the payout.

He set his hoagy down and said, you know, you could probably find some good old boy who could take care of this problem for a whole lot less money than that.

And I don’t think he was completely kidding.

I mean, I had not considered simply assassinating our head basketball coach, but I guess it would be *an* option.

It was the social media treatment of Brad and his ridiculous attire on the bench... Never going to believe otherwise. Cal is really mad about it imho.

Also the loss of Kenny Payne is a beyond understated factor

What happened with Clarke?
The implication was that he and Fletcher were bad in the locker room and created negative energy. That whole thing where you can have one knucklehead on the team, but you can't have two because then they feed each other and it becomes a negative culture.

If that's the case, and I do think Matt's got enough inside info that I trust it, the kid really put on a good show for the cameras. It's a weird situation, who really knows.

When you say things like "we may not be able to beat the virus but it's the only thing that can beat us" then proceed to lose 15 games, you forfeit the right to be "mad" at the fans.

When you take the hometown kid and treat him like a whipping boy all year then pin your entire season on him (only for him to deliver again) while your two top 10 kids developed nary 1 iota, you forfeit the right to be "mad" at the fans.

When you make the conscious decision to allow your kids to protest (even though I agree with the sentiment) without forethought of how it will affect bjw, you forfeit the right to be "mad" at the fans.

Basically, you should forfeit your job as coach if you think it's OK to be mad at the fans after shitting down your leg for 5 months.

Okay if we're just airing things out the team's overall appearance when they visited the World War II Museum in New Orleans still puts me in a bad, bad mood. Have some respect for the Greatest Generation, the University of Kentucky, and yourselves (least of all). They all looked like complete ****. F'n slobs, man.

I mean, I never thought chemistry was a big issue with this team. Team Turmoil- yes but these guys, no.

This team was poorly constructed, evaluated, developed and coached.

I’d say roster construction was the #1 issue with #2 being Cal’s rotations.

Chemistry is always an issue for a **** team but far down the list from my perspective.

I also noticed his butch *** shut up about scheduling once the Mississippi states of the world started wearing us like a pinky ring.

What a bunch of ********.

Ninja edit : Eff it, I'm leaving it as butch since he looks like a young Rosie oddonnell out there these days.
