Cal‘s absolute refusal to try different players is disgusting. The clock he gives to players who fail to deliver over and over while being punitive to others shows what a petty man he is. Cal has his agenda and does not give two ***** about the program. When he leaves it will be a massive rebuild job. His refusal to develop depth will leave the cupboard bare. That will be the biggest negative to attracting a quality coach.
