Guys, relax. It's only February. It takes a while to get these guys to gel. By May... We'll be ready.
At this pace, guys are gonna need 2 years before they start playing worth a damn as a team. But Cal will still be hell bent on the OAD. But the TAD (2 and done) is what will be needed. Huh, it's almost like some on this board have been saying that for a long time now, weird.

If the SEC doesn't pull the plug on the SECT we damn sure could.

They couldn't even cover against a horrible Auburn team. Would bet me whole life savings on them not making the final four
No because Thor grew bear muscles at 6’10 and hit 4 straight 3s in the last 7 minutes. I don't think one of them even grazed the rim!
Happens allllll the time v UK.

ThreeHog is a quality poster here. Anyone that's followed this board long enough should already know that.
Thanks Cat, I appreciate it. I have thick skin and I can take it, it just amazes me daily, not just here, but how people are wound so tightly these days and just can't seem to laugh and joke anymore, it's simply amazing. Have a great day

I am not a sunshine pumper but I do have a feeling that we Will win four games in the SEC tournament. I am not under any illusion however that we will advance beyond the second round of the NCAA tournament . The bad news is that following this run we will lose the usual number of players and next year will be another shaky year

It is so discouraging to see Juzang score half of UCLA’s points in a victory yesterday. If not injured Baker was on track to have a similar season!

Well, I'm glad I'm not alone in this thinking, it's been in the back of my mind all season long, this is what Cal wants, he's exerting control over the fan base. A lot of the earlier games he lost intentionally to set a tone and he did, we all now realize that Swaggy Cal is still running things and is the HMFIC of this program!

He makes one phone call and none of us could find a rock big enough to crawl under, know your places guys, get your **** it one sack, before it's too late. This team will go as far as HE wants it to, not us, remember that!
So are you on the express or off of it I'm so damn confused 😂😂😂

What are you doing on the basketball board? You were just on the football board earlier in the week talking about how UK basketball fans are the worst. You must like us or you wouldn't be here. By the way the football team was 4-6 in the SEC this year so I wouldn't make plans to Atlanta just yet.

I am here because I want to be. You have several options, read, read and respond, or simply ignore. The choice is entirely up to you.
Gotta ask THN, when UK came all the way back from 12 down with but 6 minutes to go to take the lead on Mintz’ 3 with 10 seconds left did you shat yourself just a little?

I bet you did.

I’ve only find one item more laughable:

ESPN shows Vegas odds at 60-1 to win the title.

How could our odds be anywhere neat that number?
This is what is known as a sucker bet. Vegas knows there is absolutely 0% chance that UK wins the tournament, but somewhere, somehow, there is a group of UK fans that are just big enough suckers that they will jump on these odds and tell everyone VEGAS thinks WE HAVE A CHANCE!!!

I'm just surprised Vegas didn't post the odds on RR.

Not just a little, a lot! I was watching with my Kentucky wife and neither one of us could believe what we were seeing. Eerily similar to last years game except for the time it happened, along with a different result.

It was a great game and the Razorbacks are tough.
Im hoping that UK will look back on those last 6 minutes despite the 1 point L as the turning point in the season in that we started making 3s and playing the way we are supposed to play.

Good luck the rest of the way and may we meet again in Nashville!

Yes, the Hogs are definitely mentally tough, I just don't know how good we actually are.

I honestly thought that Kentucky making all of those threes against us was simply fools gold due to the design of the defensive game plan to settle for anyone but Allen shooting them, which almost backfired. Then the Cats followed up again yesterday, maybe they have finally found the range.

Boston has been the difference going 13 of 25 from three over the last 6 games for 55ish%
Before that 6 gm stretch Boston had gone an abysmal 7 of 43.

Literally a night and day turnaround.
The kid has gone from shooting about 15% from 3 his first 13 games to 55% from 3 his last 6.
Stunning. Yet thats the One and Done way and we’ve seen it so many times before at UK under Cal. Alot of 5 star Freshman come in and struggle early on and for about half a season find it difficult to adjust to the big time college game, then suddenly, as if a light switch goes off inside their uber talented but raw bodies, they get it and start dominating.

Boston is an extreme case of this.

It's called money ball. It is no coincidence and it certainly isn't Cal's coaching magic suddenly kicking in.

It's time to show that you are good enough to pay for play.

And you are correct. We see it every year. The draft is coming. The draft is coming. Show those scouts what you got.

I really think its more than that CH. I agree to an extent that money ball plays a part but you can just see how much more fluid UKs offense has been moving the last few games. Its not just Boston but Askew and Sarr and Brooks. These guys are playing for each other now and it shows.
If we can avoid injury from here on out we will be hell to deal with v anyone, anywhere.

By 2 points? at home? Against an 11-11 unranked Auburn?

Real question- is simply winning a game on occasion against lackluster opponents cause for cockiness and celebrations?

It’s like celebrating and being arrogant for having a 5 inch schlong .
Now your just being gross Frank.
Be better.
