The Klan had built significant political power in Indiana in the 1920''s, a governor was openly a member as well as half the legislature, but the Klan was founded in Pulaski, Tennessee

Lincoln had to sneak into Washington because he knew there were people waiting to assassinate him along his way to taking over. But let’s make sure we have 20,000 National Guard there so Pelosi can get her screen time thanking them.
I think looking back on the Lincoln situation, it's probably not the best reference if you're arguing for less security for politicians.

This Knicks team is built for Cal. Hell their style is exactly what he wants, and they are extremely limited on the shot and selection is crap.

I mean it’s as if they consulted him on the construct of this group. Then you realize his boy WWW is front office, and Kenny Payne is on the bench.

Only one thing missing, coach!

I've also been comparing Thibs to Cal for the last 3 years

We've fallen a long way from Cal telling some UL player that E-Bled was gonna whip his *** after the game.

So admittedly I’m not a very good judge of coaching abilities-

do you guys think that the issues with this team might just be more about lack of chemistry and gelliing vs cal’s decision making?

Honest to God - pretty much all basketball coaches strike me as having roughly l the same level of impact on the game - small tweaks here or there Maybe

Somehow I feel like the room got really quiet after that gaseous blast of basketball ignorance....but anywho

I watched the Knicks vs The Nets last night and enjoyed. It was cool to see Randle playing at an All Star level and Quickley & Knox had their moments.

Goodness the game in the NBA is on such another level in terms of spacing, shooting and how quickly the ball moves around. No time is wasted it seems.

I’m going to need a distraction this winter from our shitfest team during these cold, dark nights. I’m thinking about getting the NBA League Pass.

I'm three more ******** Twolves performances away from asking for a refund. What they're doing isn't basketball

-Is it extremist to believe Cal is willing to submarine an entire season rather than hurt Boston's draft status? Because that's what's happening.

*What's odd is the bench and demotion worked on Askew, but Boston keeps rolling.
*Boston almost single handily killed our mini 2nd half run when he went hero ball.
*He should NEVER play more minutes than Allen or Mintz.

-Get waxed on Saturday, and there's a damn good chance that happens, and the climate will be intersting around the state. Somehow feels a little different this time. I want it to work with Cal but he can't let this get to the point the relationship sours. This spiteful lineup, and you can't convince me it's not that, is horseshit.

-I marcus start working out at 6a everyday. Little man, and I know I should cherish this, comes and crawls in bed next to me every morning at 615-630. Waking someone up 30 minutes before their alarm is just rude af. Uncivilized, really. He doesn't seem to care.

-Morris Deli yesterday and it was everything I remembered. Just down right perfect.

-Louisville folks, if your parents/grandparents are over 70 they can sign up for the vaccine. 1B is going now, just gotta get the teachers done so we can move on to the less important cancer patients next. Might bring that note up in the weekly Allysa Milano Woke Beers with Douche Bag meeting.

*BTW, that's WCC's best work in months and a helluvalot funnier than the crappy Wily Photoshop.

-Ruby's this Saturday. Haven't eaten out since October. Let's goooooo!!

The Lil Lassies have no regard for our sleep. None. 6:00 am every morning. That’s fine. I love getting up early, firing up some coffee, and turning on a Netflix show for them (SOPHIA THE FIRRRRRRRRST )

This way I can have a cup or two, check in on emails, CatPaw, the news and let the Lass sleep in some. By the time she gets up we switch and I hit the pavement for my running run.
