I'm more of a butthurt over touchdown man myself but to each their own.

Stoops usually does well with Inspector Gadget offensive talents that can run and catch (a la Bowden). Wan'Dale is a big time talent that we could use for 10-15 touches a game as a compliment to Rodriquez. Those fast-twitch guys who can elude college tacklers are rare to find.

Sign him up.

* Florida any good? The O Dome is historically a tough place for UK to play but that shouldn't be that big a deal this year. Even with Brooks back, I'm not expecting too much today from the Cayts.

* So Trump is hinting he's going to throw his brand behind a twitter rival? Fantastic! That's exactly what this country needs -- more social media.

* My dipshit cousin had his twitter account suspended yesterday. He's in his 30s and still lives with his parents. His mom is a conspiracy nut who is *OUTRAGED* over this. F*** Jack Dorsey but this made my weekend.

It is the little things, I guess.

Great weekend to watch sports on the tube, right? Wrong.

My St. Columban Bobcats 4th grade girls have a roadie vs John XXIII at noon and the 3rd graders have a big test vs All Saints at 3:00.

That does leave me just enough time to smoke some meatloaf for halftime of the Cats vs Gators.

Down Home Toasted Rye if we win, Weller Antique if we lose.

NFL Playoffs? Nope. Tomorrow. the Wildcat Willy daughters both have roadies at St. Peter & Paul (3:30) and Mother Teresa (4:45).

I won't even get to watch the 4th grader play because I do the book for the 3rd grade team.

I don't mind when when the kids start moving around. They will come down, give me a hug and go back to their rooms. It's the wife's footsteps that demoralize me because I know my morning is about to change.

Usually when she comes down the steps, I make my way to the ******* to squeeze in another 15 minutes of peace.

Zion may be an odd duck, but he's far from "unpolished". 20 YO kids that are raw coming into the league don't have the efficiency numbers Zion had as a rookie. He's just super unique.

Can you imagine how much ice Willy puts in his bourbon glass? Gives me heartburn thinking about it, tbh.

Watched Hamilton last night with LSAT. Nice little escape with all that's going on (the world turned upside down lol).

Snagged both batches of Castle and Key's first rye offering last week. Marcus welby crack them and enjoy. Got some pretty good reviews -- and at a nice little price point, too.

Craving some thai-donkey wings from Roosters (iykyk) Damn.

- I would make a great farmer as I'm up like clockwork between 4:30 - 5:00 EVERY.EFFING.DAY.🤨 Haven't set an alarm in years. The thought of sleeping in is as foreign to me as being able to grow long hair.

- When is your neighbor officially an ******* for leaving their lights up? House next to me is the only Griswold left not only on the street but entire subdivision. Feel like if their exterior illumination isn't down Monday morning it's perfectly acceptable for me to aim a Bat-signal type spotlight at their bedroom until they shut theirs down.

- Fresh Market put out sriracha cashew encrusted chicken breasts that are so good they'll make your tongue smack your brains. Best thing by far in '21 to date.

- 5 o'clock is the perfect tip time for a Saturday tilt. Get obligations knocked out with ease. Pregame and grub before, celebratory 🍻 afterwards. Make your way to an agreeable meal and nightcap. Done by 11.

Who's palm do we need to grease to have that permanently on the schedule?

-5 year old prying my eyes open at 630a isn't my idea of how a Saturday morning starts. Especially with a nice little low grade hangover. I know I'll miss those things at some point but I'm pretty sure it's worth bottling up and burying down deep.

-he picked the dude perfect pole, looks like a piece of ****. Fairly disappointed in the quality because their basketball is actually dope.

-Lol at not wanting Wandale. GTFO. Have you seen our receivers? He's our 2nd best playmaker the minute he steps on campus. TS.

Productive weekend so far. Finished season 3 of Cobra Kai last night and finished Pappyland this morning.

Up at 7 to give the little critter her bottle.

Orange rolls, Jake's sausage, and black coffee for breakfast.

Watching cartoons with the 4yo now.

Cant wait to watch sports all afternoon and eat chili for dinner.

Found an old well on the back of the farm yesterday near where the workers houses were located. Every time I go hiking I find a different spot I'd like to build my cabin.

Neat or 1 big cube. Prefer round, but square works.

Why would you get heartburn thinking about how much ice I put in my bourbon, tho? That’s kind of weird, no?

Is it possible to find EH Taylor Single Barrel anywhere at a reasonable rate? Never even seen one out in the wild.

Airfryer we’ve had for a few years went out, and gave me an excuse to get a new kitchen gadget, which I’m a sucker for. Got the Ninja Foodi Smart XL Grill (that’s a mouthful (that’s what she said)).

I’m sure it’s blasphemous around here to use an indoor grill for anything, but the ease of use and easy cleanup (dishwasher safe) is very appealing, especially in cold or rainy weather.

-I still can’t run yet but did a 45 minute tabata ride on the Peloton this morning, took down the big tree (last Christmas item to be put away), fed the baby 3 times, took a nap with the baby, and other daily mundane tasks around the house. I am currently eating leftover sheet pan chicken shawarma made into a salad. It’s a pretty good and easy recipe.

-Bonzo, I normally don’t take my Christmas decorations down until after my b-day on 1/11 (41 this year ), but still being on maternity leave and G being back in school got me motivated this week. I’m interested in that Fresh Market sriracha cashew chicken. I bet I could recreate it.

-I signed up for the New York Times cooking subscription. They have some really tasty recipes. I do find their emails to be slightly annoying. We don’t all have to have comfort food recipes to make us feel better about the state of the world. Just send me a few interesting recipes without political commentary.
