That place was at its zenith at the same time Hoots on Dutchman’s was king. The orange shorts brigade would lift there in the morning, wait tables / bartend at the Toy Tiger, then if they needed more scratch, danced at PT’s.
Would go back there on Xmas break, pay $5 to get a workout in and in the span of a QMF double shot would be offered Deca, Diebol, DMAA. ephedra and anything else that would make Jack3d a placebo.

No, they’ve been there for a while. Nearly every other business in that area, besides the liquor store, has changed hands and/or closed. And ‘Oxford Circle’ is a commonly heard phrase amongst police scanner listeners.
