Kansas has played close to 150 more games than Kentucky. I read elsewhere that Ky could lose the next (approximately) 150 games and still be no.1 in winning percentage.

They will eventually have wins vacated.
Don’t bet on it. The Cheats skated. NCAA has no teeth. All bark and no bite. Nothing will happen to KU. The best you can hope for are a tourney ban and lose a couple of scholarships. They will not lose any wins. You really think the NCAA will save Cal from losing that record? Think again. They want KU to over take KY.

Catching UCLA in ‘ships is one thing, losing the All-Time Wins when you’re the Gold Standard of CBB, with a commanding lead over your arch rival, is something all entirely different!

By nearly every published listing of the "greatest program of all-time," dating back to the turn of the century when UK was called by all outlets the program of the century - UK sits atop. Of course one of those cherished items on UK's exhaustive list of records is all-time wins. It would be a shame to see it relinquished as it was to UNC in the early 90s. No doubt about it.

For some clarity....I'd ask you to note that on February 22, 1993, Iowa State handed Kansas the loss which passed the number of losses UK has today. That's nearly 28 years ago it passed UK in losses. o_O To answer my question from a couple of weeks ago...that's about three decades ago. Yet as of today...KU is still chasing UK in all-time wins and has yet to catch 'em. Just a note for thought.

If it happens...there will still be no objective measure that calls Kansas the greatest program of all time. Heck, the most recent one placed it fifth. A DISTANT fifth to UK statistically. UK hasn't been fifth on any list from anyone historically. It won't be either.

Still, it a shame to watch Cal and this UK team doing all it can to give that record away...

GO BIG BLUE!

It’s gonna happen later this season or early next. This year is royally gonna **** it up.
It will happen this year, mark it down. After we lose Saturday these kids if they have not already will lose faith in Calipari. 1-7 will look a lot worse than 1-6 trust me. It will start to weigh heavily on the boys and Cal. Kansas always dominates the Big 12 and will do so again this year.

KU will never have wins vacated. Best to hope for would be tourney bans but those won’t matter if UK can’t make the tourney itself to gain wins on them.

I have to agree with on this. I have given up on the NCAA handing out punishment to programs like Kansas, LSU, UL, Duke & UNC*. We are living in a time where those who cheat seem to get praised . Really sad to see what the NCAA doing. Let some small school do something minor and the NCAA comes down hard on them because they don't have the money to fight back.
