So, he isn't allowed to have an opinion or is he not allowed to have an opinion that doesn't align with yours?
Can I get you to translate my thoughts into actual words? That’s pretty much what I wanted to say lol. I have an infuriating inability to convey what I want to say.

You are doing fine. I can't imagine anyone who loves this team not being tired of what is coming from the coach. If players are held accountable for their actions, coaches should be held accountable too.

I can’t have opinions and moderate?

Obviously you haven’t read all my takes, even though they are great ones, I want Cal here. I just want the good Cal.
This place is a cesspool of negativity already. I don't see how the moderators joining the pity party helps.

Believe whatever you like. That's the quote from him.
You should read it. (True fans are still pulling for the team). That is your original post and, that is what was said. Are you not pulling for the team Cawood? How does this quote make you upset?

You gonna cry?
You truly lack any depth, don't you? This place is now a river of tears, we're all drowning them, and you're just one of the many crybabies, over a bad start, maybe a bad season. Man up people, stop acting like spoiled children. This happens to every team at some point.

Do you think defending our arrogant coach is helpful? He throws his own players under the bus while pretending that fans are treating his players unfairly. This guy is making 10 million a year to coach and he isn't doing a good job. I will gladly accept whatever you have to throw at me for that salary. As much as Cal dishes out, I am sure he he can handle this. If not, he can leave just as he tells his players.

I can see your POV. But I’m a fan. I love UK basketball. I want Cal. I do not want what we’re seeing now and hearing from him. That said I love this site and it’s members. We’re family. It’s my place to be with my people.

You know what Cal meant. You’re not that naive.

Cal is more interested in being a social justice warrior now and getting his players to the NBA than keeping UK elite and the fans happy. I've wanted Cal to move on for the past couple of years now. True fans shouldn't have to watch terrible basketball until March. That's not basketball and it's certainly not UK basketball. True fans would never accept a 6 game losing streak. That would get a coach in the NBA fired. But we're stuck with this garbage thanks to Mitch and his stay as long as you want contract.

What should we be talking about?UK is so bad this season we are breaking records from the 1920's.This team is like watching a nightmare but I guess we should just pretend everything is great.

Oh so we should know what he meant? Is this what is going on with his coaching? He isn't doing a good job of saying what he means and the players are expected to figure it out? NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY THE PLAYERS LOOK LOST AT TIMES. smh

I take it that you are looking at the direct quote and translating what was said to something that reads like, "True Fans, the true believers, are stilling supporting me". Thats just my guess.
Look, it has been a bad season and will probably end up being one of our worst. But, to just read something into a quote that is not there is a new lowlife way of pushing an agenda, even for the Cal haters on this board.

No, you should grow up, and recognize that occasionally things go bad, and this is a bad bad start, it might be a bad season. We are lucky enough to see them so rarely, that when we do, people lose their minds and want to throw out the baby with the bathwater.

Cal is Bull ****. Challenging who is a fan and who isn’t. I actually was watching UK win a National Championship before this idiot was even born.

I expect this from runninnrich, rupp runts, cawood etc but you have always been a reasonable poster. Surprises me, but that is okay. We are just on a different page with this topic.

I just think Cal’s making a mistake with some of these interviews. No real fan is happy right now. My posts haven’t been good at times because of it and I’m self aware of it. It is what it is, I guess. 2020 has been a ****** year let’s just hope 2021 is much better.

Yes. It’s one of several of his asinine horse hockey quotes from yesterday that ticked me off. The game I was ok with. I thought they played hard. But to say the idiotic things he did after shows me he’s tripled down, starting to crack a little and is way too comfortable and arrogant.
I think he is trying to keep his guys motivated but the true fans thing is weird. This is UK, not Indiana, Tennessee, OSU, Memphis.

We are not supposed to lose, 3 or 4 games in a row let alone 5.

2020 has sucked and I was looking so forward to some UK basketball. This definitely ain’t it!

So now I have to wait until next year. SMFH

Me, too, BlobUK ... for 67 years ! And let me just emphasize what you wrote:
[Calipari] has no right to tell us who the true fans are ! ! !
54 Years In here and I can say that I couldn't agree more. Calipari suffers from arrogance and ignorance when it comes to BBN. He takes himself too seriously and when he feels the full wrath of BBN that will be a long remembered and unwanted milestone in his cultivated legacy that I'm sure he will want to forget. This OAD fraud will be his true legacy and this Program will kick the Calipari dust off its proud tradition and move on. Calipari doesn't have STANDING to lecture to BBN.

I can't believe that people are worried about fans posting their frustrations with Cal. Since the day Cal arrived, he has said and done whatever he wanted to without any concerns about fans' feelings. So why are you Cal defenders concerned about what Cal is deservingly receiving from many of the fans he has disrespected for years?

I shared this in here yesterday.

Cal’s bizarre presser statements. My biggest issue with Cal right now is what he’s saying and in doing so driving a deeper wedge between him and the fans. Do you think Cal is cracking under pressure?

1. Schedule too hard

2. Doesn’t play favorites but then says immediately top 7 gets more leeway

3. Thought twice about playing Allen but wanted a chance to win

Can add true fans comment.
He’s trying every trick in the book to get that buyout! He’s done. He WANTS OUT! Just my uninformed opinion though.

Every fan has a right to state what he or she thinks. I understand the frustration with this season in particular. There are a few on this board that will start a new post every day or some, a few times a day that says the same thing, I hate Cal . Sure they can do that but when one guy puts a quote up that is very easy to read and understand and then, expects everyone to get the same meaning that he is trying to push, I call ********. That is what I did. No more than that.

I’ve always had to roll my eyes at Cal’s comments over the years. They were tolerable when we were winning at a high level. This product we’re getting now plus the smug attitude? No sir.
Yes. Pitino was similar, but he kept winning.

We won the SEC last year, the only bar we have to measure last year by. But you're loving this now, the more haters the better, now the true, non hater fans are the outsiders. And you don't miss any opportunity to attack anyone who's not properly negative. If you get your way, we will have someone worse than BCG, nobody wanted this job after Tubby left under the pressure he deserved. If you think the order the offers went out were Donovan then Gillispie you are crippled too high for crutches. This place will be seen as a hostile work environment.

Why continue to pretend to "moderate"? You've picked sides with the haters.
I think your wrong with this post. I did the same thing to another moderator a week or so ago and instantly regretted it and apologized. If their not breaking rules, they can voice their opinions. Even if you don’t agree. Not everyone is a hater that’s upset right now.

That is true. I cant help but read the constant miserable posts. I should exercise my right to just consider the source and not respond, but I have weaknesses. It is just my style.
