Anyone have any experience with Metronet in the Central KY area? Spectrum internet is not getting it done at the office and I need to change / upgrade.

Sounds good, like I said last week Terry is an easy target for complaints. You all bitched and complained when he was 14-18 too when we lost.

The key for him is to not turn the ball over, hopefully the receivers stop dropping every other pass, and letting our defense keep us in it.

Fine = Good Enough to most, we won.

Next week will be telling.

Just keep skipping through my posts, please. It’s obvious you don’t read really read them in the first place. I’m also sorry I lit you up in a barnstorming tour game about 12 years ago. You should’ve put Bobby Perry on me much sooner!

Not sure how many saw this before the game but Strokin' with a great humble brag here.

Sunday Randos:

- My old UK roomie and I have long believed that beating a team and giving up only a safety or safety/FG is way more insulting than an actual shutout. Really enjoyed the final score.

- Our D will continually improve all year. Always does. But we’re not peaking with Wilson at QB. The dude doesn’t have it. We’ve seen enough by now.

- Have to be pretty impressed with Sam Pittman thus far considering how ****** of a hire it first seemed.

- LSU lost what- 21 starters, the #1 pick and their Boy Genius OC? Coach O didn’t suddenly become Saban. Not that surprising and doubt he’ll ever reach such heights again.

- First chili batch of the season was magnificent. My MIL is a great cook. Underrated part of having her around.

- Picked up some dusties on the secondary- ‘05 Wild Turkey 101, ‘98 McKenna, ‘95 Old Forrester.

- Fall is tailormade for nostalgia- college, drunken tailgates, watching games and drinking all day with the crew, etc.

- When is Great Lakes Christmas Ale coming out?

- Foliage outside is outstanding- especially with the gray backdrop.

- Have a nice Sunday, friends.

I agree completely on the Wilson take, I was as optimistic as anyone he'd make the leap like Stephen Johnson or a Mike Hartline but it's not going to happen. Whatever IT is, he doesn't have and will never have. And he seems like a very nice young man. I think it causes a malaise with the whole offense, it's not they don't like him but they are not responding to him as a leader like they did with Bowden. What couple of shots they showed as he went to the sidelines, no teammates talk to him. You can't keep doing the same thing and expecting a different result.

Fine ain’t gonna cut it. Our coaches don’t trust Terry to throw and he can’t run the RPO.

He’s a nice guy. He came back from injury. He’s exactly the same as when he got here. He’s a threat to run for 50 yards sometimes.

That play Gatewood made, that Clevan dropped. Terry can’t make that play because he can’t make that quick read and then that quick throw. He doesn’t see **** out there.

Also, if he’s gonna be our leading rusher, which he sadly is, I’d like to see him not run oob on third down with grass in front of him.

I agree with this. He is not the leader we need, but no one on this team is, and I stated that last week as well.

And because of that the flaws in the coaching staff are glaring!

Just you just reference “making the leap,” and use Mike Hartline as an example?

Ok. You’re done here.

I didn't watch much non-UK football yesterday to try to get yard work done before the rain. Looks like TAMU just packed the stands and said to hell with it. Georgia wasn't that far behind. The State of Florida now allows full sports stadiums and Mullen is asking for a packed house next week.

Will be an interesting week on the COVID front. It is the least surprising thing possible that people quickly said to hell with all this crap when SEC football got rolling and that Barnhart will never, ever allow that at Commonwealth.

Barnhart has very little say in the attendance at CWS.

Mike Hartline was a solid, serviceable QB as a senior, before that he was awful.. So yeah, "he made the leap". He was one of the bright spots i in Joker's first year, we don't lose to Pitt in the bowl game if he's not benched

Senior Mike Hartline was a very good solid QB (and highly underrated), but if you think he’s a difference maker in an all SEC schedule football season, you’re a gd idiot.

I swear, it’s like some of you haven’t actually watched Mark Stoops football the last 5 years.

-Big news is NBA made it through an entire post season with little incident. Football seems to be pressing forward. Golf making it work. All great news for actually seeing this CBB season. Nice the NBA playoffs were basically just a big UK advertisement.

-Need some good news on Pascal this morning. He was moving around the sidelines pretty well 2nd half. Ice on the knee. He's been our best player this season. Need that dude back asap.

-Gibson caught my eye out there but I missed Cummings, Drennan, Rodgers and the other young guys. Any of them stand out?

-Domino's has really upped their game. Ordered and delivered in like 15 minutes yesterday. Still hot, good quality, cheap. After like 10 incorrect deliveries on Door Dash, they're at like 75% wrong or late af, it was really nice.

-Recreating Churrascos de Argentina last night. Skirt steak, chimichurri, mashed potatoes. Nailed it. Delicious.

-Really great to get back in the stadium with fans. More people need that.

-It's my opinion most of these lockdown rules and safety procedures are just dumb people trying to show they're doing something and very few are actually any help at all. In fact most are probably worse for us than the virus. Anyway, the band has masks with a hole in them for their mouthpiece. 😂 Homecoming court, 10 people, gathered way up in the upper deck but couldn't step on football field to get their crowns.🙄Players and refs were just sharing water bottles, lol. 🤢 You couldn't, but now can, wear gaiters and if you're eating or drinking can remove your masks. 😐

What makes it worse is most of these people are so scared to pull back we're going to have to gradually peel back 1 at a time until it's somewhat normal and people aren't scared shitless. Going to be a while, because it you do peel back anything, you're a psycho maga grandma-killer.

Spent the weekend at a friend’s lake house helping him out up his boat, dock, etc. Took my son so there were three dads with our three ten year old sons. Lots of toilet humor, chili farts, staying up too late, not giving any effs. At one point one of the boys told us “man, I’m glad the moms aren’t here” so feel like mission accomplished. Highly recommend.

Interested to see if Florida puts 80k+ in the stadium this Saturday against LSU. Seems that aTm and UGA at least around 50%. aTm's student section was nuts to butts.

Yeah no way I'd go to a full stadium right now. Mullen was campaigning for it. But he is a ***** to blame how many fans in the stand at aTm on the L.

* Rodriguez continues to be underutilized. Not sure why with TW's deficiencies they don't try some out-of-the-box ways to get him the the ball in space and let him create? 3 separate TE's with catches, so guess we'll take baby steps approach to progress.

* Those Dolphin white / aqua roads uni's 😎

* Watching Red Zone yesterday and when the Skins put in Alex Smith on that duct-tape and chicken wire leg, I was genuinely nervous for the guy. He clearly couldn't move and you've got Aaron Darnold feasting on that line, was shocked he didn't reinjure it. I also question what the hell he's even doing still in the league and taking that risk or why they kept him out there? Only thought is both Smith and Rivera are masochists.

* Reading about the life and times of Eddie Van Halen over the weekend and came across this gem where he damn near slaughtered Limp Bizkit for refusing to return his guitar after a jam session...

“Eddie once bought an assault vehicle from a military auction,” Bennett writes. “It has a shine gun mount on the back and is not legal. Eddie drove that assault vehicle through L.A., into Beverly Hills, then parked and left it running on the front lawn of the house Limp Bizkit was rehearsing in. He got out wearing no shirt, his hair in a Samurai bun on top of his head, his jeans held up with a strand of rope and combat boots held together by duct tape. And he had a gun in his hand. I put my gun to that stupid f*king red hat of his, and I said, ‘Where’s my ****, motherf*ker?’😂
