I'm surprised Biden's team didn't have him harp on the debt more. He probably forgot as he only mentioned it once, but those tax cuts directly contributed to that debt.

Seems everyone is clinging to Trump telling Proud Boys to stand-by?

No one gives a **** about the debt. It’s just something to whine about when the other side is in charge. If Biden wins, Republicans will somehow remember that it used to matter to them.

That was awful. I don’t think any minds were changed. Both sides just digging in deeper.

REAL Talk: So how important is it to get the car seat to match with the stroller for the kid? I mean, we have an option available for nice ones but evidently they don’t match/adapt to each other.

dealbreaker?

Graco has a latch system that adapts as they get older. It's what we went with. 73's right though, ****'s gonna get trashed.

Yeah that’s kind of the situation, I’ll take free stuff all day. I’m a complete novice here with all things baby that doesn’t involve imaging.

The car seat is Nuna, the stroller is Uppa baby vista...whatever that means.

Both parties are exactly the f*cking same.

I stay away from talking politics on here but this is the truth. It has gotten to the point where each side only wants to condemn the other. (Thank you Captain Obvious)
It is a complete joke. “I say potato, you say pahtato. Let’s call the whole thing off.”

The hypocrisy from each side is beyond unbelievable. If my side does whatever, it is fine, if yours does the same thing it is a travesty.
Seriously, how can any of you believe that your side is the only honest true protector of the American people.

We need a strong third party for those of us that can wade through the partisan BS and decide our candidate based on objective criteria and not just simply toe a party line.

So that should be easy, right? While we are at it we need sunshine and candy land and peace on earth and a UK championship in football every year.

It’s not that hard people!

Bob, to echo other sentiments here: it really makes no difference. Have done the matching, no matching, all the different combos. At the end of the day you’ll just be happy if you got 3 hours of uninterrupted sleep and know what time and day of the week it is.

It’s important if you want to minimize space it all takes up. But really, it’s not important at all since you’ll own and swap several car seats and strollers in the coming years.

By the time my second kid was six months old (oldest was 2 1/2 then), my wife had purchased 7 strollers of various kid capacities, uses, and configurations. Every two months, there’d be. new reason for a different kind. Some of them, she “sold” back to Once Upon A Child. But we were horse trading strollers for a good long while.

Just give up caring about baby gear input now, burn the cash, and have fun with the kid, IMO.

I mean, it made sense to have the car seat snap out and into the stroller, but if you just have to strap the kid into the other, shouldn’t take too long. Seems the human race has been surviving.

My chaotic neutral father in law who typically votes Republican (both Bushes, McCain and Romney) is convinced Trump wants civil war and is setting up his base to be ready for it based on election fraud. That's what depression, to me, looks like. I'm not that pessimistic and file that under the same tin foil hat theories as pizzagate, bush did 9/11 and flat earth, IMO.

You gotta take back your country from these two parties, folks. They take you for granted, and it has led to this. Pathetic.

No offense, Jeff, but that's kind of a lazy take. People who say stuff like that love the "attaboys' they get, but I don't see them out helping develop a separate party or supporting non-affiliated candidates. And hell, it's not like there's an independent candidate out there that anybody's thrilled about.

No winners tonight but if forced to pick one - Biden. All Trump had to do was shut up and let him give his awful ideas and then counter.

The one time he did, Biden was talking about the environment and no more coal fired or oil fired(is that a thing?) power plants. Only renewable plants. Anybody with a brain knows that California has to borrow power all the time because their renewables don’t produce enough. Make that point Don and you win. As it is we at least got to hear his terrible idea.

Looking back, Don did get Joe to commit to a few things that Bernie supporters won’t like. Joe needs them to win.

I would say compatible stroller/car seat is a good idea. But I also hear Joey on the 7 stroller purchases. 😂 Is there not an accessory to convert the Nuna and Uppa?

We got a ChiccoKeyfit 30 car seat this time around because it coverts with the Bob stroller and I walk with the baby often. Joey, does that pass your rigorous safety standards?

The one thing about switching babies from car seat to stroller if you have to take them out of the seat is it might wake them up. Some babies go right back to sleep but many don’t.

Not sure we used the stroller until about 6-8 months in, and I have no clue what brands we have but we bought new for all 4 kids because none of them were “usable” again.

RE: Election/Debate, just hire the best CEO, stupid politicians make a mockery of almost everything they get involved with.

NBA Finals, I got the Heat because the idea that Lebron wins with 3 different teams is the reason he is the goat, is just annoying me before it happens.

Man I hate my day job, loathe it with a complete dissatisfaction. If it wasn’t for a handful of builders, I’d be done with lumber.

Got an offer on our parents condo, I accepted before asking if everyone was on board. Oops! Turns out that kind of thing just pisses people off for no real reason. 5K more than appraisal at that, but what’s new.

Smoking hasn’t gone as expected yet. Per the rest of the family, I under smoked the burgers, and over smoked the pork chops last night.

Haven’t thought too much about the UK loss this week, so I guess it didn’t bother me as much as I thought.

Conference call with the Liquor Barn reps went fantastic. Meet them again next week for barrel selection.

Apparently asking for the hookup on other products is frowned upon with them, so I’m an idiot and now they know I’m that guy. They certainly didn’t mind lunch on my dime.

We’ve been a ChiccoKeyfit 30 family from the start, so that gets my seal of approval.

This week, we had two new car seats show up as we prepare for going “three across” in the back seat. Turns out, a Chevy Equinox doesn’t fit three across very nicely, so it looks like my wife will be taking my beloved CPO KIA Sorento from me. (First the global pandemic, and now this!?)

Because they are cheap, and I wanted to get used to this thing before I waste on more expensive stuff. Just getting used to how it works.

Yes a few guys I’ve become friends with along the way. The jobs I’m doing with them now and the ones coming up are something I don’t want to leave to some other idiot(we hire quite a few of these).

I work with about 20, and ALOT of them have no business doing this. Couldn’t frame a square wall if their life depended on it.

Clinging to our president telling a far right extremist group to stand by as if he’s their leader in this climate? F yes, I’m clinging to that.

I’d say it’s pretty important that they match for the sake of convenience. Just plop the car seat in the stroller, in the car, etc.

-Trump came off a lot like Clinton in 2016 last night. Not charismatic, petulant, annoyed, etc. 2016 Trump would've destroyed 2020 Biden. All Biden had to do was basically not forget his name or **** his pants on stage. He did just fine considering the whole thing was a dumpster. To Biden's credit it was a disaster b/c Trump wouldn't shut the f*ck up and Wallace sucked.

-Oh well, go Vote for Mitch/Andy and hope we get some normal candidates in 4 years.

-I know for sure by the time I was 5 my seat belt was my Dad putting his arm out right before a pending crash. That or the floorboard in the back of an 1983 Monte Carlo. Early 1990s before this family bought into the seat belt hype. These days I'm fairly certain we'll deliver G to college in some sort of booster seat contraption.

-TBH I don't recall our infant car seat or stroller. Sloot has 18 of them in boxes in our dinning room right now, assuming one of them will work.

-I thought lumber was basically 10x the cost right now?

-Not having any travel plans on the horizon to look forward to just stinks.

-3 hours... Lets Go!!
