Sometimes I like words in my music and sometimes I don't. Take Stone Cold Steve Austin's theme music - words wouldn't improve that imo. It's about a mood. But I think "Sexy Boy" by Shawn Michaels would lose something without him telling the listener that he is, in fact, "just a sexy boy" but "not your boy toy." The clarification is imperative.

I’m super into EDM and listen to it exclusively when I workout. It’s phenomenal music especially at a festival when you’re pumped with drugs. Otherwise I have nothing for instrumental **** with actual instruments like WTF.

Meh- give it a listen. It’s one song. Basically, says if our folks from the mountains were getting shot and roughed up by the police, how long would it take us to come down and raise some hell?

It’s the truth.

They made a show about this and guess f’ing what? Dukes of Hazzard got cancelled In syndication because of the Confederate Flag. So Childers can kiss my ***.

EDIT: Just listened to his album. I like instrumentals so I was intrigued. Not terrible - "Midnight on the Water" was really good. It does sound like the soundtrack to a Ken Burns Civil War documentation though.

Childer’s Ruebens Train is a nice instrumental before repeating “you can set my house on fire” 100 times.

I like SOME of Childers stuff, but I’m a much bigger fan of Cody Jinks, Sturgill, Bingham etc.
