Have you ever worked in fast food?
Excuse me sir, this is GYERO you're posting in. Rupp's Rafters is --->

* In true 2020 fashion, Danny Noonan was spotted caddying at Winged Foot the past two days. $50 bucks says Balin makes the cut...and that the Smails kid picks his nose.

* Nice of Facebook, Instagram, Uber, Twitter, Stitch, iTunes, Lyft, LinkedIn, Amazon, Disney+, Zillow and Bumble to offer me assistance on voting. The act of showing up at a voting booth on election day, filling out a scantron and personally placing it in the machine has always been such a challenge. Glad Big Tech is doing everything they can to make our lives easier.

* That version of 'Johnny B. Goode' is on the Voodoo Child compilation album, '73. Lots of great live tracks thrown in the mix.

* So we have until midnight before we have to vacate establishments now? Very kind of covid to grant us an extra hour right when daylight savings time is sunsetting.

Don't believe it's the virus granting us extra time, all thanks should be directed to our overlord.

You know, Pitch Men really had some legs early on, and could have become a reality show with budding superstars and true staying power. I guess that's what happens in an industry powered by coked out degenerate scumbags. You just can't trust those guys.

But as a reminder, here's the great Vince Offer:

"You're gonna love my nuts..."

"You know the Germans always make good stuff...."

Too late for some of these guys to make an epic comeback?

-Props to Jamal for wearing the old interlocking UK and not the current, “Houston” UK. Respect.

-Got a sausage egg and cheese thing from Wendy’s the other day. They ain’t playin’.

- So South Central KY seems to be in the crosshairs of the KHSAA and Andy. Matt J tweets out about it in a context that makes it seem like some events are going to be shut down immediately. Jason Frakes actually uses quotes from Commissioner Tackett that basically says these schools are getting a stern warning. Don’t know who’s correct, but I know who I’m inclined to believe.

-Jamal is an absolute stud and picked the correct UK logo, but man is rocking Mose Schrute's facial hair. I guess you can do that when you're crushing the NBA Playoffs.

-@PTI (pti) with the spot on recommendation for If You Tell. Whether you're a true crime honk like me or not, it's fascinating. The psychological impact of the abuse is harrowing, and something I had to come to grips with when I did DV work.

-Semi-related, Kindle Unlimited recommended a book for me under the category of "Parenting and Relationships" called Harold Shipman: The True Story of Britain's Most Notorious Serial Killer. Might have miscategorized that one, Bezos.

-Chick-Fil-A Chicken Biscuit or nuthin'.

-Erlanger/Lloyd with the reversal on the cancellation of football, but only giving the kids like six games... K.

-F the B1G. I would say congratulations on growing a spine but it was clearly a decision driven by intense pressure on the Council, so great job caving again and falling bass ackwards into the correct call.

Egg McMuffin meal out here will set you back about $7.50. 😥

Chick Fil A is starting to skimp on their minis and nuggets. Those pieces are getting smaller and smaller with each visit.

Wendy’s does a lot of things well, but I always forget about it, because the outside of the buildings are usually run down and they are always in terrible locations.

- I'm really rooting for a Nuggets/Heat finals as both teams are fun to watch, especially with Murray starting to claim his stake as one of the future superstars of the NBA and Bam becoming one of the best bigs in the game.

- Wendy's breakfast is :fire:

- I've hovered around 185-190 at 6'2 for the past 15 years, but heaven forbid I get up to 200 and seemingly every (fat/obese) family member calls me out for having a dad bod...time to hit the pavement.

- Butterflied some chicken breasts last night and stuffed them with goat cheese and various herbs wrapped in bacon before grilling...maybe that's why I'm a fat now.

- My first interview to be a Wilderness Therapist is tomorrow, I may be packing up and moving to either Vermont or Oregon soon. 🐢🐛🕷🌳

I like to sit in one of those little solariums they put in the front of Wendy’s and really soak in the musk they generate.

I mean I used to back when we were allowed.

Hopefully he stays away from the 16th district powerhouse down here in Cumberland county

+1 for Chic Fil A breakfast

Some time ago I added all the 30 for 30's to record on YTTV, and I had forgotten about it until this week. Just about the entire library on there. I'd rank the "4 Days in October" episode as the top imo. Watching that series play out was awesome. I think one of the better aspects is that they played those games on consecutive days without breaks. Wish today's series were a bit more condensed.

The *scribes* scrambling to write about the Big Ten without contradicting their previous slurping of the cancellation should be fun to watch.

Winged foot may very well be a blood bath for some but I think the leaders could be somewhat close to par.

Addendum to Vern's "next coaches" list from the other day...

Bobby Hurley has done great work at Arizona State, but I can't help but think he's itching to get back to the East Coast at some point. I actually think he gets a crack at the Duke job ahead of Scheyer. He'd also be an ideal candidate for Syracuse if Hopkins doesn't come back.

I was actually thinking today about my weight. I bought a new black suit about 8 years ago which I only bring out about once every couple of years or so (I’m a charcoal or navy guy, mainly). I was 215 when I bought it so the jacket is a 44L. When I tried that on last week for dad’s funeral, it was like wearing a sandwich board.

I’m down to 195 currently because I’m running a ton and worrying about the end of the world and stuff. So I got fitted for a 42L the other day and probably could’ve squeezed into a 41 if there was nothing else available.

I’ve been fortunate to maintain some semblance of an “athletic” appearance. What is gone from me is my ability to be quick and agile. I’m a straight line steady runner now with zero burst or change of direction capability. I went from still being able to dunk at 40, to barely scraping the rim with my fingertips at 43.

ALTHOUGH. . . I’ve kept a 34 waist for 23 years now. #blessed

Based on absolutely nothing, my gut tells me Joey Gatewood will be a bust. Morgan Newton, not Cam. Hope I'm wrong.

White Castle is disgusting. Krystal burgers are too, but once a year or so, I'll get some Krystal Chiks and am always pleasantly surprised how good they are.

I lost 75 lbs about 15 years ago and have slowly gained 25 back. Now I can't get out of the 190s in either direction. Feeling thin and agile, weigh myself.. 194. Feeling like a fat boneless blob... 198.

*Big cheese lover in general, but GD I do not like goat cheese.

*I've kept my fat off since losing 44 pounds, but I haven't lifted weights since March, and it really shows. Cardio is nice and all, but nothing makes you feel and look younger than you are than a few months stretch of lifting. I'm a pretty big *****, so I can't lift much weight, but what I do manage to get off the ground makes a massive difference in how I feel, and how clothes fit. Think I'm heading back to Planet Fitness after our Member/Guest next weekend. Can't risk starting now and being sore while trying to play in our Ryder Cup this weekend and the Member/Guest next. Can't let Showkiller down like that. Letting him down with my play, that's fine, but can't play like **** because I'm too sore to take a correct swing.

*Joey Gatewood, not a bust. I'd take action on that.

Go to a proper gym and do compound lifts. Planet Fitness is awful.
I’m not a big gym hardo. I just do enough to keep me a nonfat, and looking reasonable for my age. I don’t really have a need in normal life to lift heavy things, so I’m not a big lifting numbers guy except to show I’m improving. To each their own, but I’ll stick with the $10 a month option for now.

Christine Brennan just called today the "Darkest day in the history of the Big Ten".

Never mind Jerry Sandusky, the Michigan State doctor, etc.

It's today.

College football writers, man. Good grief.

Chick sportswriters ...

* Makes you wonder how those sportswriters even get out of bed if something so traumatic as college kids playing football with the best doctors, specialists and support staff in the world gives them the vapors.

* Biggest misconception is believing you have to lift heavy to put on muscle. It's like thinking VHS is still the pinnacle of home movie playback. Find a few good HIIT routines online to build strength and keep the heart rate up. Figure out a handful of body-weight exercises you can do as their work stabilizer muscles no machine can engage and if you're starting out, always go high reps over maxing out.

-**** scotland and their "irn brew", joey.

-have a golf scramble on oct 5...need a couple top golfers. Given that the beneficiary is an alcohol rebab place, therefore its a "dry" event...gonna be a tough sell.
