He pissed off Bron Bron something bad...
He was talking with Richard Jefferson about players that need a complimentary piece; and said that the king of rabbit ears was once a Pippen type player; before he became a Jordan type.
Bron has to tweet out with fvx and ****, and defend himself (great role model, right there)
Isn’t he in a playoff series.
That guy is the most fragile, great player ever.

One of the MANY reasons I can’t stand him.

Kevin Durant has him beat there. That guy even gets into it with fans on social media.
As for a Pippen comparison, I'd personally be flattered by one if I were a superstar pro basketball player. Without him, Michael Jordan likely doesn't have six championships and G.O.A.T. status connected to him by most. And this comes from someone who even enjoyed taking subtle jabs at Pippen about him being second rate back when the Bulls were dominating in the 90s (minus the year and a half Jordan played baseball). Taking all this into consideration, I think Pippen actually gets quite underrated by some people.

Agree with the OP, LeBron doesn't come out looking great there. A little hypersensitive. Also agree with the poster that said social media is awful. That should be the official mantra of the 21st century.

Irony is Williams was defending LeBron in a way. Saying, yeah, some people are Robin until they're ready to be Batman - like LeBron. So it can be done. He's using LeBron as a positive example.....

Some of y’all need friends. Everything should be posted here. Get you a nice group text with people who you can talk about this nonsense with.
Huh. Basketball message board with basketball stuff? Imagine that.
Without looking... I’m sure you approved of the race threads, Covid threads, BLM threads, the NBA threads, etc.
Also, In case you haven’t noticed, there has been no college basketball for at least 6 mns.

This is kind of like Rex Chapman and Darrell Waltrip's twitter beef a couple of weeks ago. DW was actually talking about knowing Rex's family and that he came from good people but had made a mistake. He saying that it could happen to anyone. Rex, being the attention seeking douche he is, immediately turned it into something it wasn't and insinuated that DW was putting him down.

You should've shown it to us. If you start a thread about a tweet then you should link it so we can see what you're talking about.

Now that I have seen it, I must say it strikes me as no big deal. Cracks me up the way these silly little twitter exchanges get spun into news stories nowadays.
I wasn’t responding to not having the link.
but that is why I listed a few details, since I didn’t link.

there are much worse threads started...
If someone doesnlike subject, here is a news flash...
Don’t read.

I pass over a lot threads. It is not hard.

Being compared to pippen by a never has been Jay would infuriate me too. Who does Jay think he is?

Maybe if an all time great said that, it would have more

This is what got your panties in a twist?

“King ****” wouldn’t have bothered himself w meaningless opinions. Lebron has a history of being sensitive when he isn’t being constantly praise

Lebron wants to put himself at the center of a ton of other conversations he isn’t directly involved in so this is no different. Ppl comparehim to Jordan...Jordan was brought up...therefore the modern comparison also gets brought up. It wasn’t as if it was out of nowhere w zero connection.

end of the day, none of it matters

I am not just here to entertain you.
Funny Bc that’s literally the only thing the NBA is there for. Makes him a subject matter expert in nothing but basketball. Doesn’t mean he can’t have side projects he wants to pursue to make a difference and be “more than an athlete”, but it doesn’t change that his opinion is no more valuable than the homeless guy on the corner with no platform to complain.

Matter of fact, that homeless guy isn’t living a multimillion dollar lifestyle based on the system he’s complaining about, and probably has more realistic perspectives.

Only one with twisted panties is Bron;
unless yours got a little sideways
You rushed to rafters to start a thread over it and are bashing anyone who disagrees or calls it out for being nothing.

Appears like you are definitely a little salty...

Unless this is your normal disposition. 😬

Lol, caps lock and all! Someone seems a little upset... I guess you forgot about the others you have argued with on here as well. 🤣
