If it's disqualifying for a county to have a sheriff or other law enforcement official convicted of a felony, all of Eastern Kentucky is out.

And Jessamine County, of course. The feds prosecute their sheriff once every twenty years or so, and he always deserves it.

Having a crooked sheriff is just one of those slice of life Southern charms that adds to the overall down home feel. Like the town drunk, DAR, and obesity

I wouldn’t trust a small county sheriff or judge that couldn’t be the protagonist in a classic country song tbh.

We hate China so much that the US buys $500 billion a year with of goods and services from those people.

In regards to releasing murderers and violent criminals from prisons because of the virus...I mean, I’m not really sympathetic. Maybe don’t be a murderer or violent criminal.

I mean anyone who's been paying attention to the graphs of the various countries could tell China was full of sh*t. They had the same straight-to-the-moon trajectory we currently do and then one magical day it just flat-lined. Sure, China.

-was working under ther assumption all but Montgomery would be gone. Sticking with that. Also curious if the possibility of no season is weighing in here. We're almost certainly not having crowds at football games if we're having them at all. Early but this just seems like a grind rather than peak and burn out.

-Still pretty amazing we willingly shut down most of the world in days. Talk about all the negative stuff all you want but that's awesome. All the displays of kindness, big businesses stepping up, and showing us the world isn't the big dark ugly place we're constantly told its is.

-parks being closed is dumb. Hire a few security guards to make sure no gatherings and let people enjoy outside. Bernhiem being closed is silly.

-F#ck China.

-PTI is almost ignore worthy. I still don't have a clue what this transformation is about. He's like the plot to PCU.

ABC News gets caught this week with lies in their footage. Shocking when they get caught, they say it was a “mistake “ in editing..yeah right..it was intentional just like the other news stations and reporters who pull these stunts. Last fall ABC pulled a similar move that involved Knob Creek Gun Range in West Point, Ky.

Not so fast my friend, believe Rudd buys more than a few American-Made western style shirts and pairs of house shoes every year.

As long as everyone else starts buying American Made goods that only cost 4x-20x the average price of that golablized, generally acceptable version of the same garment: China is screwed. (Strictly Garments).

IF we can control a second wave, I can see basketball starting with conference play in January. But most of us can easily see scenarios where both sports start up and have to stop because of a few cases.

Fairly certain suppliers need buyers as well and with the entire world pissed off bargaining power will never be stronger. Clean up your **** or we'll start the long process of moving our cheap made textiles, widgets, garments, etc.

They make sophisticated expense electronic goods like no one else can. Foxconn makes the iPhone with 800,000+ employees, they are very skilled, they all live in factory towns, and they do it for $3.50 an hour. And when one jumps off the building into the suicide net, they just grab another one off the (Chinese?) turnip truck.

They only work two shifts, the first 12 hours of the second. The same terrible ideology that leads them to being bad actors in the world (communism) programs them to being ideal factory employees to make all of our stuff. We can do it, but it will take decades and the whole time they’ll be pissed off and raising their aggressiveness towards us any way they can along the way.

-excluding walmart, old navy, kohls, gap or uniqlo(asian old navy)...buying usa made clothing ain't that much more expensive, shoes are a different story. Everyone has their own priorities.

-i'd settle for *just* not enriching/relying upon our *only* significant geopolitical enemy for the sake of cheap ****. Hit central/s. America, and such.

-at a minimum...medicine/med equipment need to be made in n. America.
