I don’t know if you saw the appalling video of the Wuhan food market, but. if you’re gonna sit at the grown ups table of the global economy perhaps the globe insists they stop eating dogs, cats and other repugnant ****. Andrew Zimmer would puke at what these morons deem as food.

China ran a propaganda campaign in Lombardy region asking Italians to hug Chinese women to diminish stigma, blame and bias, whilst of course, spreading the ****ing virus.
I don’t know if you’ve seen the video(s), but they have a secondary market for reclaimed cooking oil from storm sewers in the street. Scooping up gutter water, garbage, oil > skimming the oil > heating it up to refine it a little > throwing it in a Wok for street food by morning!

They need to close the stock market. Should have closed it last week.

I mean, those jagoffs close for minor ******** like Columbus Day, Arbor Day, etc. - why tf not now.
They really should. I've heard that some think that would create a run on the banks and that would be a cluster. As with everything they need some time coordinate it if they decide to do it.

Conservative estimates are 10% of restaurants in China use this type of cooking oil.

China needs to Balkanize ASAP. Break that **** hole up into 10-15 new countries

- Why would anyone make a run on a bank in 2020? You think having the physical slips of paper that represent digital fiat currency will suddenly make it valuable if the dollar tanks?

The one I saw had dead dogs, live dogs & cats in cages ready for slaughter... couldn’t watch another second of an 18-minute humanity holocaust.

But hey LeBron - **** is right as rain over there. Enjoy your iPhones, y’all.

Cash is king. Many will want it in their hands. And if the bank runs out......well that wouldn't be good.

Let's hope we don't find out.

Back off Jen Garner, she's still fine in my book.

Been reading the wiki cliff notes on every Presidential election since the dawn of the republic since I'm bored as f**k and it's pretty amazing the amount of **** this country went through and still held it together. Great Depression for a decade. Multiple wars on the motherland. World Wars. Presidents assassinated. Capital destroyed and rebuilt. Whigs. Mugwumps. Bourbon Democrats (yes, they were an actual political party ). The works, really. We'll pull ourselves up by our bootstraps and get through this, right AOC?

We do have to decouple from red china ASAP. They have cold war Russia's desire for world domination without the brute persona that's easily distinguishable by your average uninformed citizen. Unfortunately they make glorious, high-tech heroin that we're all mainlining and the domestic equivalent -> Magnavox *shutters* doesn't even provide a 30 second high. Not to mention their total control of medicine....

...and time to crack the bottle.

So the top US Health Official is saying for everyone to stay home and that restrictions are gonna get worse. But 73 and UKO still saying we should go on with life as usual. Tough choice on which side to pick.

How long without sports before they come up with a new disease called .....”Not Having Sports Syndrome”??? Pretty sure it’ll be rampant within a couple of weeks.

Back to my nuclear bunker to figure out how to launch these suckers at China. I gotta have something to root for since the Commie bastards fired weaponized virus at my sports venues.

-Brisk 2 mile walk in the neighborhood. Opening a nice cab here soon. Enjoy.

Eff off btodd. A whole lot of people are about to lose their jobs. A lot more than are going to die from coronavirus, which is going to run its course no matter what we do. Either way this is a massive hit to the healthcare and financial systems.

Which is worse? You tell me. Both suck. Hopefully the Federal Government provides massive stimulus to businesses to make it through this disruption.

The ICU numbers for people under 50 are pretty GD high in Europe right now. So although the mortality rate may be at like 1-3%, if you overwhelm the ICUs, your mortality rate goes up drastically.

I shouldn’t be surprised that my Facebook Pals don’t understand this, but it’s mostly LOL OVERREACTION at the moment.

Good Lord. People also lose their job all the time too. Got any unemployment stats for those African countries?

And if you’re going to go that far you might as well not stop pretending it’s about “people losing their jobs” and only about your money.

Hey 73, GFY!! You’re the one so worried about your lifestyle and pocket book that you can’t see the trees for the forest!! People can still be able to work after containing this virus. Can’t work if they’re dead because of dumbasses like you. Yeah, everyone might be inconvenienced for a few weeks but it’s better than having funerals that could be avoided.

My wife has spent the last week helping her parents move to Florida from Michigan. We did not want them flying and decided it was best for her to fly there to help them directly and drive them to avoid air travel. Her dad is 86 and has lung problems. He wanted to fly and we wouldn’t allow it. She is currently on an airplane back to California, and it scares me to death.

Scared like everyone here. This is unprecedented stuff.

It's pretty black and white on the symptoms...not sure why this isn't being stressed more to those that think they are going to die when their nose is running.

People are out and about in Lex...including myself. Kroger, Sams, Drakes and Tony's the last 2 days. Hamburg has been packed, and First Watch and Wild Eggs this morning were both full as I drove by. Would have went to church this morning were it not cancelled. Is it serious, of course, and common sense needs to step up (as it should each year when the flu is this bad)...but until martial law is enacted, then good luck on having this country cease all operations.

F you.

If I’m building an all star Cal squad, decent chance I’m putting sophomore T-Jones at the 4. He’s just a multi-tooled animal who can get out and run, pass the ball, hit the open 3, murder the glass, guard most positions, swat your **** up in the stands, balls all on your face, etc. Guess he’s just stupid, because he had all the physical tools to be as good as he wanted to be.
