- Started off with a Kentucky Spirit Party Source pick.

- Pretty smart move by Iona. Why not?

- Football guys- these developments on spring practice likely help or hurt us compared to our competition?

I’m desperately interested in an Oculus but for reasons I don’t care to share here.
That has the makings of a Seinfeld reboot plot:

George is given an offhand, test-unit Oculus for the Yankees to try out for hand-eye training simulations. He clearly bluffs in the meeting, but doesn’t understand what it does. Kramer spots it immediately on the counter in Jerry’s apartment and knows wayyy too much about. George says he’s confusing it with something else, but Kramer is already putting it on and installing risqué stuff on it. *Kramer is caressing air and gyrating in a way fit for broadcast TV - tango maybe* George rips it off his head and take it home. We the return to the A plot for a beat. Then the Quarantine montage bops around to all homes with lamer and lamer forms of entertainment and heightening cuts to George’s “LD pondering options face” as he glances to the Oculus on the side table building.

All is back to normal. Back at the stadium, George finds out the Yankees are already working with PlayStation VR for a branding play. George returns the Oculus, but it was flagged and he must pay $3,000 for it. He expenses to the Yankees, is caught, and credits roll as George is relieved by Steinbrenner’s understanding but must listen to details of his and his pal Hughie Hef’s sex romps during 60’s and 70’s.

I am eating a pot pie right now and am already very bored of this. Swim lessons were avoided today, so no loss schedule.

Gotta be honest --if Trump announced he had coronavirus and that he still thought cancelling the NCAA tournament was for pussies, that'd be an all-timer.

So Rick is going to coach at a school in New Rochelle, NY... the town known most recently for the CV cases? They must assume he's immune to any number of diseases for various reasons.

Comedians can't write better stuff.

Joey,

Do you interact with Matterport technology or just modeling software?

We are adopting Matterport for 3D imaging of job sites. It is a game changer for the insurance industry

Yes, but we don’t use Matterport too much because we need higher tolerances and it tends to “bend” things spherically at the extents a tiny bit in larger spaces. (I don’t think we have any - just sub it out). But it is great for scope capture.

You might want to check out “StructionSite’s Videowalk” tool. It’s really easy and might work well for your documentation - if you don’t need models. They are great and just starting so they might throw you a bone to study how it could work in your market (if they don’t already do it).

We use generally use Leica scanners for our point clouds. Mostly, we just drop the cloud in the models to “check the dust” by hand. But we also automate modeling with Edgewise to create clean models. If it’s just the raw point cloud, we use ReCap to condition, note, share issues with the team and owners alike along the way.

I recently had to gently present a developer with the fact that their new (existing) building purchase wasn’t as big as it they thought it was with a bunch red overlays on their drawings. But, they were happy to get things dialed in before designing to the wrong constraints screwed us all later.

(We also fly drones to generate models with photogrammetry.)

Had to go to the vet this morning and then drove around. Saw restaurant parking lots filled, people jogging, walking dogs and little league, I'm guessing, practice. They evidently told Corona to eff off.

Catholic, hopefully you’re right about the auto immune medicine working. If so I’m ahead of the game again. Completely by accident but at this point I’ll take any advantage an old fart can get.
Bad thing is the medicine I’m on gives you all the symptoms of CV so I’ll think it’s just the side effects right before I croak.

-A titty bar always sounds like an awful time for everyone involved.

-Went snorkeling at the reef with two friends and 20 coeds. Some of those chicks looked too young to talk to, Jesus.

-Back home and contemplating going back out but dealing with Fat Tuesdays may be too much to bare tonight. With nothing on tv though options may be deciding for me.

-Best friend and his wife were supposed to come down on the 28th from Chicago but canceled because this ****.

-No booze in 2 weeks, feeling fantastic.

WKYT now.

Cal and Joe B Hall... Legend to Legend

I love Joe Hall.
Love the unis of the late 70’s & early 80’s teams. The right blue (insert Pantone, Century), feral Wildcat, no checkerboard. Pretty clean.

What is you go to for old kentucky games? Not digging the resolution on the 2012 YouTube I’m watching right now.

We’ve discussed this before, titty bars are depressing and awful. I can see all the tits I want on the Internet. Much rather go to a sports bar or just talk to friends.

Been watching old Carlin and Murphy stand-up today and it's a national tragedy that their brilliance was captured in 480p or whatever the hell camera's filmed in back then.

Will concede the non-stop chain smoking from the audience may have a slight effect on the resolution as well.

tried to listen to Mag52's show this morn. the depressing bball recruiting stuff had already been covered, he was talking about some apparent depressing football ticket sales story. clicked it off.

at some point UK sports wont just be an endless well of sadness and misery, but we ain't there yet.
Sorry you feel that way
