Yeah, Im not sure what happens with or without Hagans today. I do know that we need the best version of Hagans to be the best team we can be. Hes got to see that sitting at home watching this today. The team needs you dude. Put the play of the last month or two behind you...we still have plenty to play for

Well, OP, Hagans isn’t injured or sick today. Hagans attitude is why he isn’t with the team today. He’s not with the team today because he’s been a bad teammate.

So, great points.

Hey, why differentiate? If you hated him, he’s gone! What great news, right?

Haters are haters all time. It's Hagans right now, it's always Cal, we could be undefeated winning every game by 40 points and they'd still find things to hate on or they wouldn't post. Because they are only here for that.

Yep, most are weak-minded putzes that know the percentages are in their favor. I mean we don't win a title 95% of the time, so they know they can cry and moan and only be wrong 4% of the time. They are really going out on a ledge, LOL.

I don’t hate him. I’ve been critical of his attitude and his game. There’s a wide delta between that and hate.

And I’d like to think it’s pretty plain to see why it matters why he’s not with the team. He’s not with the team because he’s been a bad teammate. It’s on him.

Hagans wouldn’t have done **** in this game except showcase once we had a lead and blown it. It’s irrelevant.

That lifetime contract is what the problem really is.

There a theme here. First how many games does Barney sit behind the bench? Something is up.

Cal - lifetime contract difficult season
Hagans - “best pg in the country” then turns into our biggest liability
Nick - pick nick and quick then disappears
Quickley - the same last two games.

Seems like every time these guys even the coach gets praise there becomes a set back. Back to Barney though he’s closely watching what’s going on. That tells you something significant is going on behind the scenes

I guess I'm at a loss as to how Hagans can have any problem with how he is being played

He has more rope than any player on the team and the players around him have had to improve their games

Maybe behind the scenes Cal wasn't pulling punches with his turnovers and shot selection.
I was thinking he had turned a corner when he was driving in for dunks instead of potentially missed layups.

Hagans at his full potential of course makes this team much better. Problem is we’ve had the Hagans with his head up his *** for nearly 2 months.

Even still, this current team still needs him as another body and defender if nothing else. If this were December or the beginning of the year then they’d be fine without him.

Cal shoulda had Maxey ready to run point part time in beginning of the year
Maxey's idea of running point was going 1 on 3.

He's drastically improved his ability to finish around the rim but he was leaving more on the table than he was putting on in that area at the start of the year.

OP is right. Issues aside- which is between him, Cal and his teammates. Many on here seem to be misguided and believe we are better without Hagans which is total BS. We need Hagans and we need him at his best and his mind right. Let’s hope somehow Cal can get that to happen, but I’m sure all of these negative Hagans threads aren’t helpful and just show the ignorance of many. I can only hope those are trolls and not real fans trashing our own players.

I agree we need him blue but when he erases everything showcasing with leads it’s irrelevant.

Also, with the money pics, I’m not sure we want him out there at this point.

I love Hagans but he is in a big slump. Maxey 7 assists to 1 turnover. But we need Hagans to play like he did a month ago to be any good.

Hell we’re on a run now. There’s no run with Hagans in the game lol. I’ve already left you on the hill. But do you.

You haven’t “already left the hill” when you come back to keep arguing and get the last word. It clearly matters to you for reasons I’ll never understand. Enjoy the game.
