A 21 footer somehow was shot as if he needed it to travel 35 feet! What was that!!? [roll][roll]

He didn't give up though and somehow got the ball back and scored....Kudos!

You never know when Maxey shoots a shot like that if it's going in or an air ball. It's kind of hard to figure out why he missed that shot so bad, he could be so much better a shooter if he was just a little less jerky with his shot. He is the best in the league at the floater or runner down the lane but you have to be a little more composed with your shot like the one he took late in the game and hit nothing but back board on yesterday.

What about quickleys 10 footer from the side that looked like he punted it off his shoulder. It was a crazy looking shot but it went in.
Noticed IQ has been hunting fouls a lot more the last 3 or 4 games, he's gotten quite good at it, but I wish he would just concentrate on shooting the basketball. Get the foul call if it's truly there, but he's too good of a shooter to do crazy things to get fouled.

He’s a 93% free throw. I want him to do everything he can to get the line.

He has been shooting 3's really well lately but yesterday everyone forgot how to . It happens. Same thing happened to LSU and Au yesterday but they lost .

I do think maxey's shot is too flat and maybe too much using both wrists to flip it, but… I am so happy he's on our team, He's a scorer, and he always figures out a way to get buckets for us. he's as important as quickley, hagans and richards for this team. If only a 5th player could really step up.

Cool, but he got lucky on the missle shot that went in. No foul was called and we were down and it was crunch time. If that ball didn't go in, we could be looking at a loss. Just play basketball.

I imagine he's talked to NBA people as they visit practice and games and they've told him that should be part of his game in the League. He's def looking for the fouls and using advanced techniques to get them called

It certainly looks like he's talked to someone about how NBA players draw cheap fouls and it has worked quite well, I just don't want him to get carried away with it. The missle shot is what I see as him getting carried away with it.

Mr. Leonard, the NBA championship mvp shoots a flat shot.

AU went 1 for 17 vs Mizzou (7 for 13) and LSU was 11 for 27 vs Bama (13 for 35). AU couldn't muster the offense without 3s to overcome their deficit as we did. 65% FT shooting doesn't help when you have a 46- 29 shot advantage at the line either..
