Last week's Vandy game I was so looking forward

to a nice, relaxing easy game and win. But nooo. Cats had to struggle AT HOME to the worst SEC team in a long time. Finally pulled away for a 9 pt. win.

Don't get me wrong; love the Cats and think we're so fortunate to have Cal as our coach.

But these grind-it-out foul fests with uncertain outcomes are starting to wear on me.

Now, tonight another potential nail biter at Rupp with M. State.

Please Cats, lets whip their arses by 25-30 ok? BBN needs that!

Let’s see, our pg can’t shoot. Our sg is extremely streaky and disappears. Our “sf” is solid. Our pf is the most disappointing player in maybe the history of the program. Our C has been great but he has a 2 year history of being awful (gonna have flashes of that guy at times more than likely). And we have 0 bench. None. I don’t see us blowing anyone out the rest of the season.

I look around at other conference games and the norm is around 25-35 total fouls with maybe 30 ft's. Now that's more enjoyable to watch.

But it's not just the fouls and ft's; it's our inability to put teams away that bothers me.

Maybe that's just who we are now.

We are certainly due for a dominating win. However, given the history of this season so far, its probably safe to say that we won't pull away at all or if we do it will be so late in the game that you are already suffering from an arrhythmia and high blood pressure accompanied by a pounding head ache. Still love the Cats but shew!

To be honest, I’ll just be happy with a win. My blood pressure usually doesn’t fluctuate much in these tight games anymore cause lately I’ve been too buzzed to care by the 10 minute mark of the second half. The refs must be buying stock in Kentucky bourbon nowadays.

You forgot to mention, our best shooter left for Detroit , our best athlete just left period and Cal didn't take out the trash when he left for work today......there now we can be friends again.............or not

Don't forget a coach that doesn't do any game coaching. Just a bunch of stuff about being our brother's keeper, getting tougher, let them figure it out, position less, etc.

Yes, I'm very critical of Cal, but I don't think it makes someone more of a fan to be sunshine and roses and bury their head in the sand and point to results from 5 years ago when there are obvious issues that don't seem to be getting better.
