I only watch UK games. A few yrs ago basketball is about all I watched
he did some.
He also attributed Auburn’s success to offensive rebounding and going hard after the ball.
Better analysis would have been to discuss how uncommon it is for a team to shoot 40 free throws.
I was just kind of numb the last few minutes. Looked like the players were too. Knew what was coming, but you don’t want to believe it.
Not defending Bilas at all...but I wonder why analysts don't mention the refereeing in a negative way.
Told not to by the network? Afraid they'll lose their job? Conference come down on them?
You hardly ever hear an analyst talk about how bad a game may be called.
That might just be what’s going on. The solidarity other refs show with Higgins has made what was already bad even worse. I don’t know. Maybe they are just terrible. Whatever it is, it’s unwatchable.
What's so infuriating is my favorite of all sports is college football and while it's officiating isn't perfect it's light years better then this crooked or incompetent s#$%show.
I think it’s dictated by the networks, and the root is that questioning refs leads to questioning their integrity which leads to gambling inquiries. Which threatens to rip apart the entirety of sport.
Every aspect of sport today is geared toward more gambling, and the illusion of fairness and transparency. Rip down that facade and billions are at stake.
My opinion only as a private citizen and sports fan, of course.
Nah I think this team can get through the first 3 games of the tournament. Last 3 are a crap shoot of a crap shoot.
I would’ve grabbed my kids and walked to the bus when they started calling a foul on us every time we touched them and let them kill us all night! Of course I’ve got a temper and don’t make millions to Coach! Haha. Seriously my blood pressure is too high for that shiiit! I don’t care to lose a game, but those guys work too hard for that to happen!

All night that’s most of what he said! They wasn’t letting us win with Gameday being there the first time!! I hate to post right after a loss before I have time to calm down a little bit, but Jay has got to go! Lol.
Seriously, it’s no wonder they killed us on the glass, we were so afraid of getting another foul we couldn’t even breathe on them!!! I hope we get them in the SEC Tournament. Maybe Nick will be allowed to play then! Rant over! On to the next one i guess, but that one took a little something out of me.

THIS! Told my wife this the other day. Mentioned it on here several times as well. Our 2012 was just unstoppable. THAT’S why we won it all that year. It’s been this way for 11 years now. Just more obvious this year due to our roster not being absolutely stacked.

I’ve rolled some tonight myself. Unfortunately, spent my last 2+ hours watching that **** show of a ball game. I’ve been near my breaking point for a long time now. It’s ******* ridiculous at best.
How can you rebound on offense when you cannot come in any contact with the opposing players...

If we’re allowed to play and not worrying about touching someone’s Jersey for a foul, we can beat anyone in the country! I honestly believe that!! Hopefully this game will light a fire under them and we’ll come together, sometimes it takes the ‘us against the world’ mentality to take it to another level and if there’s ever a game to get you fired up, this is it!
I still love My team, we did make some bad mistakes today and we certainly have to clean up some things, as long as they’re ready to bust their tails to get it right we can make a run! Just have to get back to work. Go Cats!
Yep. The refs control how our guys play on a game to game basis. I’m tired of watching this ****. We should be undefeated in the SEC right now. Instead, LSU is gonna back into another counterfeit SEC title. It’s BS.

Yeah we got out rebounded but we weren't allowed to be aggressive tonight. Literally anything and everything was a foul. That makes you timid leading to missed rebounds and such.

My theory is that duke and Carolina get great whistles in part because the ncaa knows their fans and alumni won’t pump money and time into the sport unless things are going their way. We don’t get that whistle because they know they can **** is and we’ll keep paying them to do it.
The only way it will change is if Kentucky fans stop investing. It sucks to bail on the team, but we’re not doing them any favors.

We’ll still show up in droves at the sec tournament, where we’ve been paying them to **** us for years by continueing to have the finals on Sunday so we get no benefit by even playing the damn thing. They only make money that weekend because of us too.

It’s honestly just not fun to watch anymore. Even if I attempt to take my bias out about how imbalanced it is against UK, the flow of the game is ruined.
My grandfather gave me a carbide lamp like miners used. It was small but worked well. I loved that lamp. It got separated from me when I joined the Army. I sure wish I had it. I loved using that thing.
