Every player has bad games. Doesn't mean he's not good. geeze.
He's a very talented freshman who had a bad game.Get a grip.
Plz you can’t plat every game like an AA. You’re trash.
Same people are going crazy for the recruiting class coming in but you know they will turn on them too when they have a bad fame or two

He is a good FY. Makes FY mistakes. Too many turnovers for a 3 guard offense. Nick Richards may be the most improved player in college ball. He was steady when younger guys struggled a bit. Great gut check win.
Some of you need to put down the drinks. Everyone has a bad game once in a while.
Many of our freshmen start the season hot and cool off as season goes. Just so much more grueling on them. He’s a great player, but he’s a young freshman growing into the physicality of the game.

Maxey wanted to play great around his hometown and didn’t, first big game we played that he played bad. He will be there when we need him. IQ picked up the slack tonight.
IQ wasn't much better...7-17 shooting with 6 turnovers and dumb fouls including the one where he fouled the 3 point shooter...line violation too! Just too many mental errors.
What is the point? He had had bad games, good games, and great games. Tonight wasn’t his night. Being in Texas he probably wanted it too much.
I was going to argue otherwise, then I looked at the two dumbasses who started the thread and realized they wouldn't understand anyway.
He went AAU on us tonight...down the stretch his poor decision making was key to getting Tech back in the game.
all three of our guards are bad MF'ers. The impressive thing is that none of them played particularly well tonight for what they are capable of and we still beat a top 20 team on the road.
He does need to play better or we won't get past the sweet 16. He's cost us games this year and can't finish at the basket well at all. He's better than he's played, I know Cal taking the ball out of the air has something to do with it.... But still

Why are y'all shitting on Maxey? He's damn good on defense, rebounding, driving, and can light it up some games. We should have lost to Michigan State and Louisville off the top of my head without him.
