I bet your avatar pic raises more than a few eyebrows over at the Soundbar, the gayest bar in Lexington.
do you think i walk around lexington (im a uk grad) with my avatar picture? and do you rank the gayness of all the bars around town? what is your scale based off of? maybe take it easy on the guff

I didn't persoanlly know Adolf, I hope your right! Others could see "Adolph Rup Arena" and raise a few eyebrows.
So you raise eyebrows if someone’s name is Charles or Ted and think they might be serial killers? What a ridiculous take. Can’t be serious.

Aldolph use to be an extremely common name.

You make fun of our legendary basketball coach who we revere, then you should expect to be called out for the gay yuppie that you portray in your pic.
im a big adolf rupp fan myself. just food for thought. as for your other point, your taking things a bit to serious so i will leave you be. i hope you do the same thanks cheif

Hey “chief” I have no idea if you’re gay or not, none of my business, but how’s it feel to have someone make an assumption based upon stereotype? That’s exactly what you did with Coach Rupp’s first name. Take this as a lesson learned.

Glad Central Bank got the naming rights. Great outfit and a true friend of UK. Was my bank when I went to UK out of high school. Need to look at moving my business to them here in Louisville. Rupp Arena at Central Bank Center has a nice ring.

Anyone have a rendering of the finished product? Did I hear it will also contain a downtown park? That should be a very nice addition to downtown Lex.

20 million over 14 years is pretty cheap compared to most naming rights for well known iconic venues
Most well known, iconic venues that have naming rights sold for large amounts are homes of professional teams in large cities.

Kroger Field is 1.75 million compared to 1.45 million for Rupp

Arizona State basketball gets 1.5 million for Desert Financial Center

The UK deal was terribly underpriced should have got a 15 year/45 million dollar deal minimum

Pro teams get 20 yr/200 million dollar deals easy
