EJ needs to learn his role.

Defend, rebound, set good screens and let the guards set him up for easy scoring plays. His offensive game just isn’t there.

And stop chucking shots just because you think you're the NBA version of AD. You've missed 90% of 'em.

An effort is something that they can control so no excuses. They should be playing harder than anyone, but I don't see it. Our guards rebound better than those guys. Sestina, Whitney, Brooks, and EJ combined for just 10 rebounds and Sestina had half that total. I mean these guys just aren't fighting. Cal's right. It's embarrassing that the guards are outrebounding guys 5-7" taller than them. Compared to the 4 the 3 guards combined for 9 rebounds. 4 forwards shouldn't only out rebound 3 guards by 1. I know minutes is a part of it, but come on. These guys have to step up. EJ is turning out to be a 3-4 guy instead of a 15-10 guy. I'm not worried about Sestina because he plays hard, but at least two of EJ, Brooks, and Whitney are going to need to step up to really have a title run. If they do there's no telling what this team can do.

It really is startling how bad Whitney has been. It's not just the lack of ball skills, he's also not rebounding and looks lost on defense as well. Hell, even his dunk attempt gets blocked.

Hard to figure how that guy was so highly ranked.

He's too busy trying to show NBA teams that he can shoot jumpers. He certainly can shoot the hell out of em. If he finally starts making them, watch out.

I've been seeing flashes from EJ the last couple of games, but he's gotten a couple of quick fouls that just seemed to derail him in each. The best thing to happen to him is the emergence of Nick in his jr. year...show's EJ that there's still time, if he stays the course.
