Dude needs to focus more on finding better players. Why was his wife even on the trip? Is that common? Our lack of business trip attitude, casual style, and overall contentment is really starting to show its face. No one is "hungry".

I understand the why and of course he’s a much better shooter than he’s shown (I hope), but he’s pitiful on D and a terrible ballhandler and passer too. Can’t really play him with Sestina. So- what’s the call here?

PTI is spot on with his criticism about getting kids to re-classify. It almost guarantees that the kid underperforms at UK and probably can't compete over a full season against seasoned collegiate veterans, even if the veterans are far less talented.

Had a friend lose her house today in a fire. For any of you runner folks, she and her husband organize races in the Louisville area, so some of you know them. Someone started a GoFundMe page, and it passes another $1000 increment every time I click on it. Almost $18k so far, and it’s only been up a few hours.
Truly great people, and a rather heartwarming reminder in this holiday season.

*Late, but last weekend the wife and I went to a street party hosted by two dudes a couple of houses down. Pretty cool, actually. Got to meet a bunch of neighbors and found out pretty close connections with 2 of them.
Afterwards. wife said she was "proud" of me. 10 years ago that would have been a hard pass. Now, the more relaxed and libertarian Bernie went and had a great time.
*Made my 1st Old Fashion during halftime of the UK game. Pretty damn tasty. Overdid the sugar a bit, but not enough to ruin it.
*Nosey son figured out the Amazon password and knows basically everything he's getting. **** head. At least he feels bad about it.
*Off until Thursday with no plans other then Christmas. Perfect.

I think most of us are trying not to think about the basketball team, Chad.
-Losing to OSU is fine. Fine. Whatever. But dropping games to Evansville and Utah is ridiculous. The 2013 team didn't even lose games like that. Not being a *****, just realistic. When you swing and miss on 6 front court recruits... you get this. Hopefully it leads to a similar run like we had after 13 because I just don't see much hope from this team. Short of Maxey becoming a superstar and 1 other player really making the leap... we're in for a long season.
-I'll just ignore the team for a bit. Next couple weeks should be fairly easy to accomplish.
-I just worship Las Vegas. I'm also really good at riding the wave at this point. 12a cutoff... unless it's going to be an epic night. Worked out every morning. Lunch, then roam, and play for the next 10-12 hours. :raised_hands: Feel great today.
-Top Golf is really cool, but the scoring was all over the place and often wrong. I was also with a big group that had no interest in actually trying much less gamboling on it. We had a blast but would love to give it another run with some gambols.
-Appreciate my buddy Adrian helping me out at the Blackjack table. Know the rules but never took the time to understand how to "play" correctly. Always helps when you have a great dealer. Got the bug a bit so been working on strategies and such. Be nice to have another alternative to craps while out there.
-The BBNVegas crowd is great. Very similar to the SEC Tourney crowd. That arena is badass other than $17... seventeen dollar... draft beers. It's so outrageous it's almost funny.
-65/45 on Xmas? Boo. 1 day per year I want to be really cold and snowing. Instead maybe I can sneak in a nice lil ride, some crispy boys, and fire up the grill as we were already playing tacos for feliz navidad. Hopefully get those temps to stick around for the bowl game.

Glad Anth is taking off the Louisville game, should be easy to ignore the team the next few weeks now that he’s an advantage blackjack player. Probably just tour the country, counting cards, shuffle tracking and such.
