I think I’m gonna smoke the turkey. I went back and forth between that and spatchcocking, but I’m gonna have to cook a 23lb bird so I’m worried once I splay it out it would be too big for the 22” kettle. Have a practice 23lb that I’m gonna cook Saturday. No clue what I’m gonna do with an extra 23lbs of turkey, but stay tuned to my social media for pics.

Good call. Let’s try not to get our key guys fresh & some confidence reps for some freshmen before the Louisville game and try to schedule a physical war with one of the SEC powers 7 days before we play our hated rival.
