Guess I gotta cheer for the Lakers cuz of AD but man Lebron almost makes me root against them.

I have been a Lakers fan since the days of West and Chamberlain. Believe me: as a life long fan, it has been really hard to cheer for the Lakers since the acquisition of James. His social justice warrior crap has gotten really old. I am glad that AD is going to be part of the organization. They will be a playoff team this year for the first time in 7 years, but they won’t win a title.

The Lakers can win it all this year...they have two of the top 5 players on their team and both guys make those around him better.

Lebron, while older, took Cleveland to a championship. And AD>>> Love + Kyrie.

Sucks that both teams are losing a key player but PG is way better than kuzma at this point in their careers. Maybe not for long though
For sure. I doubt Kuzma will ever be better than PG. The game still should be competitive.

I don’t care too much for the first game thought . Pelicans and Raptors

Kuzma has had a better first two season than PG did in the league. That said, doubt he ever averages 28 per game...maybe once Lebron has retired and AD is getting up there in age. I still doubt it.

I'm pulling for AD to get MVP and for the Lakers to miss the playoffs. :sunglasses:

I don't see Kuzma ever playing better let alone as good as Paul George. PG is at a star level few players can reach.

Lakers seem a little off. A lot of fouls called against the Lakers tonight which I didnt expect. But Kwahi is out there reminding people he’s the league mvp.

Lakers running everything through Davis in the block extended when he’s in the game with everyone else watching isn’t gonna work long term.

Lebron can’t be content to be a 20/6/6 player. Offense should still run through him and let him create. It’s almost like they’re trying too hard to make Davis the star when he could still be a 26 and 10 type guy without having everything run through him.

Love how the LeBron hater have to give their statements on every one of these threads. It’s always the same type of posts. Either cheer for them or not nobody cares.

He will be hurt before the season is over if the workload is going to be that high for Davis all year.
