He’s coming to UK. Sleep tight.

No one else makes a lick of sense and Florida doesn’t feel great about it anymore. He’s not going to A&M and he’s probably never going to visit Michigan. It’s down to UK and UK.
Bingo . It will be funny to watch the worry warts fret about this for a few more days but it won't be more then that . Does anyone really believe he visits Michigan LOL? Hell who knows if A&M still gets one now though I bet they do out of respect but he ain't going there. And IF it really was done to 2 schools Tennessee wouldn't be the other one .

I also don't like seeing that filthy orange team in the same sentence as UK. We're way above those bums down in Knoxville !

Not really worried about them or Florida. A&M, because of his ex coach, and a possible final visit. Dude played for him for like 3 years. We don’t want that visit. From a straight business perspective, it doesn’t matter, UK all day. But relationships and people being ignorant can sway anything.

if this news is true then it could just be the typical diversion pending the announcement. but i don’t see the rush to cut anyone with schools still left to visit.

It's good news but it feels like it's draaaaging. I guess I'm a little too anxious.

I feel you. I guess I just haven't folllwed this one day to day because he's a grad transfer.

Plus, for the longest time I assumed we wouldn't get him. So it dragging out almost feels positive in my head. Which is not a good place to be lol.

I hope he picks UK, but If he doesn’t, Kentucky is still in good shape later this year anyway .
If he chooses to to go elsewhere, I wish him the best.
As UK fans, Let’s not live and die with every recruiting decision that doesn’t go Kentucky’s way.

If he goes elsewhere, it will be in the SEC. If that happens, I hope UK beats his team by 50.

If he is considering UT... just go there. I don't care no more... no more... Phil Collins.

Phil Collins is considering UT. This is why I’m still awake. These updates.

Do you like Phil Collins?

I've been a big Genesis fan ever since the release of their 1980 album, Duke. Before that, I really didn't understand any of their work. Too artsy, too intellectual. It was on Duke where Phil Collins' presence became more apparent. I think Invisible Touch was the group's undisputed masterpiece. It's an epic meditation on intangibility. At the same time, it deepens and enriches the meaning of the preceding three albums. Listen to the brilliant ensemble playing of Banks, Collins and Rutherford. You can practically hear every nuance of every instrument. In terms of lyrical craftsmanship, the sheer songwriting, this album hits a new peak of professionalism.

Take the lyrics to Land of Confusion. In this song, Phil Collins addresses the problems of abusive political authority. In Too Deep is the most moving pop song of the 1980s, about monogamy and commitment. The song is extremely uplifting. Their lyrics are as positive and affirmative as anything I've heard in rock. Phil Collins' solo career seems to be more commercial and therefore more satisfying, in a narrower way. Especially songs like In the Air Tonight and Against All Odds. But I also think Phil Collins works best within the confines of the group, than as a solo artist, and I stress the word artist. This is Sussudio, a great, great song, a personal favorite.

If he didn't commit while here, it tells me he isn't coming.

He could want more playing time, he gets that at Tennessee. I don't feel good about him coming here now. It's not like we've never lost players to lesser programs before, it's not that uncommon.

I love music. Absolutely love it. All genres. Great post. With that said I have never particularly liked Genesis or Phil Collins

That entire monologue is from the movie "American Psycho" with Christian Bale..one of his three hysterical monologues about "Huey Lewis And The News", Phil Collins, and Whitney Houston. It's one of the darkest comedies ever made. Christian Bale's best performance, in my opinion. [thumb2]
